Review Summary

Reviews describe Dessert Coréen Crofre as a cozy, clean spot with friendly, attentive staff and a strong dessert lineup centered on croffles. The croffle is the star, praised for a fluffy, crunchy, light texture and a variety of bold flavors such as banana brulee, Nutella banana strawberry, Oreo, pistachio with strawberries, mango, matcha tiramisu, and classic options like earl grey; the croissant dough is said to create a unique, satisfyingly airy bite. Fresh cream and a well balanced sweetness are noted as accompaniments and the presentation is spotless. While some find the prices a little steep, most reviewers say the quality makes it worth trying at least once and many consider it one of the best croffles in Montreal. The atmosphere is described as inviting and the service quick and courteous, making it a reliable go to for a quick sweet treat or a casual hangout.

I had the earl grey (very pleasant) & the banana (a little sweet for my taste but probably the classic - my girlfriend liked it more than the earl grey). The staff was super sweet. The croissant waffle was as expected except that it was room temp (I thought they be warm). The mango latte was mango with milk without additional sweeteners. Hibiscus tea was also unsweetened. It's a unique thing if you hadn't had a croissant waffle before . Seating is really limited - maybe 5 seats inside the place but it wasn't super busy at like 8:30 at night on a Saturday . If you guys already had dinner & aren't starving one will be enough for two ; the second one filled us up.
