Super quick service from ordering to receiving order. The lady at the register was so kind & patient while I decided what to get. I got the Nutella crofre & tiramisu cup. I'm usually picky about tiramisu, but this one was well done & lady fingers were soaked throughly without falling apart. Perfect post-dinner treat. They will hear from me again 10/10

I walked in to friendly staff with smiling faces on a saturday afternoon. The service was fast, the selection of flavours for the waffles is enough to keep me coming back a few times. I had the banana creme bruler which was excellent, the combination of textures & flavours paired very well. The price is not so bad if you compare other businesses selling waffles & all other smaller dessert items sold at the same price. The only thing I wished is that they had more space for seating & outside seating apart from that its perfect. I'll be back for sure with friends.

Have seen this place for a while but never went in. Today decided to try it & was not disappointed. Had the matcha strawberry latte & the Nutella crofre. Staff was friendly & quick. The dessert was perfect! Not too sweet or too overloaded with Nutella. The outside was crispy & the inside was soft & chewy at the same time. Really cute inside & cozy. Will definitely return.

Amazing dessert spot with a really unique concept. The croffles were fresh, crispy, & loaded with toppings without being overly sweet. You can tell they put effort into both the presentation & the flavour. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, & welcoming too. Definitely a great place to stop if you want something different from the usual dessert spots. I'll definitely be coming back to try more flavours.

We walked in around 4 pm & it was quite awkward. The woman just said,'hello' & stared at us as we looked at the menu. We asked what hojicha was & she said'I don't really know what it is. It's like matcha'. I just looked it up & it's some drink made from dried green tea leaves rather than powder & it has a nutty flavor to it. We asked to try several things on the menu including the hojicha which she says they were all out of. I then wanted to try the green grape drink which she said she was out of. My husband wanted a strawberry latte & he asked if they had the glass bottles that they advertise but yet again she said they were out of those as well. It is quite bad that most of the menu items are just not available & shows show unprofessional & disorganized things are.

If you want to get the clear glass bottle, you should be wary & call ahead if they actually have them.

Despite our disappointment, We settled on the mango sparkling drink & a strawberry latte. They were extremely plain & could be made at home. It wasn't worth 5.99 especially since you don't even get the cute bottle that they advertise. I would recommend not dining in, because there is no a/c & looks dirty. I don't think the women meant any harm, but I do wish things were more professional.

Amazing! Seems so simple, but so good. I think the cinnamon & sugar is the best way to really taste the croffle itself… but you can't go wrong!
