Dessert Coréen Crofre is described as a cozy spot with a strong focus on croffles and Korean inspired desserts, praised for a crispy outside and chewy inside, fresh ingredients and attractive presentation. Reviews highlight a wide range of flavors including lotus, matcha, pistachio, Oreo, banana brûlée, berry cheesecake, strawberry Nutella, tiramisu and mango, with croffles often cut into bite sized pieces for easy sharing. The pairing with coffee is a common theme, and the to go bottles are noted as a cute touch, while the desserts themselves are repeatedly described as very tasty, not overly sweet, and well balanced. The atmosphere is repeatedly described as friendly and welcoming, with attentive staff, quick service and a vibe that is cozy and lively, and the location is cited as a good spot for a late night treat. Some comments mention that prices are a bit high and that hours can be inconsistent on Sundays, but the overall sentiment focuses on freshness, variety and satisfying desserts. In short, this place stands out in Montreal as a go to for croffles and creative desserts with a warm, casual experience.

Really freaking delicious, I was surprised at just how good it was when I stopped by looking for a quick snack. Fast service, delicious food. I had the mango one & it was very fresh & naturally sweet.
2.5 star, it's not bad but I would only try once. Ordered the banana crème brûlée croffle & matcha latte. I would say the portion is slightly big, 2 people can share one croffle if you have small appetite. I hate that the croffle & the cream taste nothing. Although the topping is amazing, which is caramel & banana, powdered with lots of cinnamon, & some chocolate chips. But the sugar rush from the topping couldn't cover the fact that the cream & the croffle have zero flavour & doesn't bring joy. I think they can improve the product in making the bread more buttery & the cream more milky. After all, the base of their product is the croffle instead of the toppings, overall quite disappointing. The matcha latte is pure hate, I was expecting a freshly made latte, but it comes in a bottle. It tastes like grass juice & milk with lots of water & sugar... I decided not to finish it & cut the calories...not recommended.
