coffee(300) cafe(261) beautiful(125) architecture(86) building(86) bank(85) drink(64) latte(57) recommend(48) seating(45) vibe(42) stunning(40)I vacationed in Montreal & stopped by here. When I saw the breakfast sandwich was 11$ I almost walked out. I can safely say it was the best breakfast sandwich I've had in my life.
The iced matcha (with oat milk) it's really disappointing, they didn't even try to dissolve the matcha so all I could taste was the milk 🥲 it's around $7.50 without tax & tips, so I was expecting a little bit more Also I ask to have it there & they still put it in a to go cup 😬
The interior is gorgeous. The iced tea I had was fine as far as iced tea goes. I had a salmon bagel, It was fine. The seating is crowded & the line is long. I can see this being popular for people trying to work, but for a tourist, its better to go someplace less busy with more artisan or specialty coffee, which there are plenty of options, some nearby.
Beautiful architecture, atmosphere, amazing service, & delicious food & drinks. Lemonade Cold Brew was the favorite
Certainly! Here's a five-star review for Crew Collective & Café: --- **Five Stars** Crew Collective & Café is an absolute gem in the heart of the city. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with stunning architecture & an ambiance that perfectly blends historic charm with modern elegance. The vaulted ceilings & ornate details create a unique atmosphere that's both inspiring & comfortable. The coffee here is top-notch, brewed to perfection by skilled baristas who clearly take pride in their craft. Whether you're in the mood for a classic espresso or a creative latte, the drink menu has something for everyone. Their pastries & light bites are equally impressive, making it a great spot for a quick snack or a leisurely brunch. What truly sets Crew Collective & Café apart, though, is the exceptional service. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, & ready to help with a smile. Whether you're here for a casual coffee, a business meeting, or just to soak in the atmosphere, you'll feel welcomed & well taken care of. In short, Crew Collective & Café is a must-visit destination for coffee lovers, architecture enthusiasts, & anyone looking for a fantastic café experience. I can't recommend it highly enough! ---
Best salmon bagel I have ever eaten. Awe inspiring architecture. The coolest location for a coffee shop I have ever seen. Cold brew was good.
It's becoming very touristy but still worth a visit if you are in the area for some coffee( or restroom)
Food is good like any typical coffee shop it's mostly the decor that's beautiful.
Flat white was fine, but the cookie was so crumbly I thought I was eating a muffin. The decor is amazing tho, great place for a coffee if you're around .
The layout of the cafe & furniture sucks, which is a shame because the building is beautiful. Its constantly crowded, not really comfortable to read or work at. Large crowds with tons of children even on weekdays. The I ordered an overpriced mediocre hot chocolate & was underwhelmed. The staff is good & fast. Its only ok if you want a selfie for instagram.
It's funny because to me, it's one of the most iconic cafe in Montreal by how it's located & how fancy it looks. There are always a ton of people & it's really nice to enjoy your time there. The coffee is as you would except from a nice coffee place, nothing more, nothing less. It is bright, but I feel like if I wanted to go to a cafe to study, i would go to somewhere where I could enjoy a bit more light, but this is more personal. Overall, I recommend to visit to at least get the vibe & feel it for real.
I absolutely loved this place! I've visited Montreal a few times in the past two years & even lived here for a couple of years, but I never knew about this spot. It's amazing to enjoy your coffee in such a historical building. The ceiling & walls are like pieces of art, filled with intricate details. Just a heads up, there's usually a lineup, so it takes a bit of time to get your coffee. But it's worth the wait - the coffee tastes great, & the pastries are good too. There are limited seats, but it's a perfect spot to chat with a friend while you enjoy your coffee. I'll definitely be back! Not sure if there's any washrooms available.
Mediocre Coffee & Pastries, Went for Expresso macchiato & Chai Latte. Worth it for the architecture, can be over crowded which is a bit of an off for me, you can book a private room for a fee of 15$/hr.
overpriced water matcha latte, giving 2 stars for the decor & the lady at the cashie
