Nous avons essayé plusieurs de leurs produits. Leurs galettes (ananas ainsi que chocolat), leur flan, leurs viennoiseries & le dernier en date le carré rouge. Tous etaient excellents.
Juste un peu déçu de leur baguette. Mais c'est un détail.

Pâtisseries délicieuses! Service froid & impersonnel les trois dernières fois où j'y suis allé. J'y retourne pour la qualité de la nourriture, mais définitivement pas pour le service à la clientèle..
Chez Poitier, j'y passe certains matins vu que je travaille à côté, & que dire… oui, le croissant est peut-être un peu plus cher que la moyenne, mais il est tout simplement exceptionnel. Ultra croustillant, bien doré, avec un léger goût de beurre parfaitement dosé (gourmand sans être écoeurant). En plus, il est gros & bien généreux. Pour 3,75 $, je préfère largement ça qu'un croissant petit, mou & triste au même prix ailleurs. Le pain au chocolat à 4,75 $ est lui aussi excellent : bien garni, super feuilleté. La qualité est clairement au rendez-vous, je recommande sans hésiter !
Une pâtisserie/boulangerie avec des valeurs sûres! C'est excellemment bon, raffiné mais sans chichi & un excellent accueil.
& mention spéciale pour les croissants qui sont juste dingues

Nice place with lots of beautiful pastries that are arranged very beautifully. The establishment is very clean & the staff were friendly & helpful. There are a lot of unique items that you might not find anywhere else!
There is almost no bakery in the city that is not good. But I believe this was the best cannele I had. It was not freshly baked when I ate it but it was still really good. These beautiful morsels as far as I know are easy to screw up but are so good. & the matcha strawberry cake in the back was also really good.
Just purchased some great cheese, baguette, & a dessert. I also purchased a terrible Quebec pinot noir wine. The reputation of this shop is very high so when a clerk suggested that this wine was really good I decided to buy it. Be warned! Looks like it is more about making sales then to provide honest customer advice. A manager needs to remind the staff that when they push a certain product, their own good name is at risk. She told me « it's not a grand cru but it is a great wine for the price range ». Well, I just wasted $35 because I could not even finish a single glass. I'm not blaming the wine.
Terrible service.
I can't believe it! There is a little piece of glass in the base cake!!! At first, I thought it was sugar, but it wasn't. I can't imagine what would have happened if I hadn't noticed it & eaten it…
