Nous sommes allés jeudi le 16 juillet. Quelle déception!! La fille qui travaillait la était sur son cell & n'a même pas levé les yeux!!!! Nous voulions acheter une pâtisserie & des confitures mais nous sommes restés choqués de son attitude. Nous sommes repartis les mains vides. Elle m'a pas levé la tête une fois de son téléphone pour nous accueillir ni nous servir. Une honte.

Despite the last minute order, you not only accepted the request but exceeded all expectations.
The Cheesecake Framboise Vanille was a true masterpiece, both visually stunning & incredibly delicious. The combination of rich cheesecake, tangy raspberries, & delicate vanilla flavors was an absolute delight to the palate. Every guest at the party couldn't stop complimenting its exquisite taste.

Pretty solid location!

The baked goodies & desserts are delicious. Love the cute packaging as well.

Would be a five, but I noticed one of my items was missing when I got back to the hotel. I was not charged, but eas looking forward to it.

Still recommend this location nonetheless!

One of the best bakeries & definitely best croissant in town, a little crispy on the outside & so moist inside, just the way it's supposed to be. It's been my go-to bakery for a very long time for pastries & baba au rhum especially.

Chez Potier - The best bakery I have ever tried right in Old Montreal. We loved the bordeaux canelés, mille-feuille, & financiers à l'huile d'olive.

We also bought so many great items from the shop to take out.

Une bonne boulangerie/patisserie où l'on a l'habitude d'acheter. Mais malheureusement à chaque fois le service est vraiment très froid, c'est déplorable. On se sent pas du tout les bienvenus dès l'entrée. Je suis passé ce matin & la dame m'a vraiment mal accueilli, un regard froid & limite on me presse pour choisir. Pour rappel, un sourire & un accueil chaleureux ne vous coûtent rien!!
