Very opulent place. Avocado toast was good. Lemonade was one of the best I have ever tasted. I suspect they use enhancers but if they managed to make it naturally , nothing like it. Cafe filtre was good, I have it with extra cream.
One thing I felt odd was they made us pay as soon as they took our order. Not sure why they do that. I tipped because it's a good place, the servers are young & I am a tourist, but they really need to reconsider this.
Me & my husband loved everything about this cafe! The cafe was clean, the food & drinks were delicious, but most importantly, the staff was amazing… They made as feel welcomed! Highly recommend to everyone to visit Cafeterra!
I recently discovered an incredible café in the Old Port, & it was truly an aesthetic experience. Honestly, it's so hard to find places like this in Montreal nowadays - every detail is thoughtfully designed, from the color palette to the smallest elements of the decor. Everything feels harmonious, stylish, & full of character.
The food (breakfast) was absolutely amazing: fresh, flavorful, & clearly made with care & quality ingredients. I also want to highlight the staff - they were incredibly kind, polite, & attentive, making the whole experience even more special.
The atmosphere is calm & relaxing, with soft jazz playing in the background, no rush, just a perfect place to unwind & enjoy the moment. It's definitely a spot I'll be coming back to again & again 🤍
La nourriture & l'atmosphère sont délicieuses. Un merveilleux café pour se détendre & manger. Le service est excellent & poli. Je reviendrai certainement ici !

I visited this cafe for a small bite during my short visit to Montreal. I ordered a grill chicken sandwich & a Cappuccino. Both were just excellent & the service was top notch & very cordial atmosphere. I definitely recommend this cafe for every visit.
It's a casual café, but be aware that laptops are not allowed. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the listing, so I arrived, ordered, & only then the staff informed me that laptops are not permitted.

Ce café donne une impression peu honnête, car les clients ainsi que les employés semblent être incités à encourager la publication d'avis positifs, ce qui remet sérieusement en question la crédibilité des notes affichées. L'attitude de la propriétaire était désagréable, hautaine & peu professionnelle, tant envers les clients qu'envers le personnel. La qualité des produits laisse également à désirer : le lait dans mon café était manifestement tourné, ce qui soulève de sérieuses questions sur la fraîcheur & le contrôle des produits utilisés. Le service était mal organisé : bien que nous ayons commandé en même temps, j'ai reçu mon plat après que mes amis aient déjà terminé de manger, sans excuse ni explication. Compte tenu de l'ensemble de ces éléments, l'expérience a été très décevante. Je ne le recommande pas, ne croyez pas aux notes affichées
Cafeterra is a gem among the restaurants & cafes here. It's a small & upscale place with exceptionally well prepared & tasty food. Their pastries are delightful as well!
The coffees are masterfully prepared - seriously. The mugs, cups & stemware are very fun as well & elevate the experience.
It's best for daytime meals including brunch. I've been coming here for years as a special treat with friends & family. It's first come, first serve for seating, so if you have a larger group it may be tough at peak hours.
C'est un petit café très joli, situé dans le Vieux-Montréal. L'ambiance est chaleureuse & l'atmosphère est vraiment agréable, idéale pour faire une pause pendant la promenade. Le service m'a semblé excellent, avec un accueil attentionné & courtois.
J'ai goûté au chocolat chaud &, même s'il était correct, il manquait un peu de corps & de saveur de chocolat; le goût du cacao n'était pas très prononcé, mais c'est quelque chose qui pourrait facilement être amélioré.
Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon endroit pour s'arrêter & se réchauffer un peu en se promenant dans le Vieux-Montréal, surtout pendant les journées froides.

La comida es deliciosa, probamos una pasta al pesto de pollo y un par de sándwiches extraordinarios. El café late exquisito y un té de cranberry buenísimo. La atención es rápida y con gran actitud ambas chicas, sigan así y que crezca el negocio.
Awesome little cafe! Cafe latte & Matcha Late are fantastic. It's was nice that the large hot drinks were actually large!Enjoyed the shakshuka & Ukrainian Breakfast. The raspberry & white chocolate scone was excellent! The raspberry crumble cake was unbelievably good!
