Ils affichent un brunch de Pâques & des disponibilités le lundi 6 avril, mais finalement ce n'est possible alors que nous avons réservé l'hôtel pour manger au restaurant Cabinn,… pas fort. Donc, pas d'option pour manger à l'hôtel. Ca part mal mettons. 😅

I hesitated giving it 2 or 3 stars.

The food was great. The oeuf parfait, & the mushrooms in many plates were awesome. The pasta were overcooked (it happens, but spoiled the rabbit mushroom pasta)

I booked because Laurent Godbout. L'épicier in Montreal was my favorite restaurant. In contrast, Cabinn is discotheque loud. It is crowded. My seat was on a sofa shared with a family. I literally sat beside a kid playing Mario Kart. Impossible to talk with others at my table.

The service was friendly, but lacked training. When you have a renowned chef, you can't say a proseco is a similar replacement to a cava. You can't wait until the main course is almost finished to ask if they'd like a glass of red. I think the staff was willing, but had too much work. Many busboys looked like this was their first job/experience.

So, nice for a ski meal, but very short of my Laurent Godbout expectations.

This is a restaurant inside the Marriott Hotel. Since we stayed there we decided its easier to dine inside. Our server was friendly & polite & tried her best to converse with us in English. The food is very good. Drinks were interesting. Overall its a great place to dine in Bromont considering the options around. Decor was beautiful.

Im sorry for leaving a bad review

The meat was good quality
The plating was basic with little effort
I chose vegetables as a side option & only got carrots with butter

Atmosphere & service was impeccable.

Except , they where unable to help us with allergies
My wife has many allergies & it makes it very difficult to eat out, so we often feel guilty but we always tip well being grateful for the help.

The waitress went to inquire about the allergies with the kitchen & apon her return she said that nothing on the menu was safe because everyone in the kitchen had come into contact with peanuts or shellfish.

My wife did not eat & we will not be returning to this restaurant

We have never had this problem at any other Marriott, We have been to some of the poorest places in the world & my wife managed to safely eat dinner.

I hope this helps
I talked to an employee outside who was smoking a cigarette & he said they do to much volume to worry about things like that.

I dont know if he was the chef or suecheff but he was ordering the other employee around

If you have allergies 100% avoid !!!!!!

Super moment passé à Cabinn !! L'équipe de salle est super ! Le bar est super surtout Kais qui est super souriant 🙂!
Pour le côté cuisine, les pâtes au lapin m'ont fais capoter.

Enjoyed a meal & a few drinks over the course of a week. Upscale 70's ski chalet vibe. Service was very good every visit. A little pricey & if you're a family, this might not be your first choice. Overall, one of the nicest, if not the nicest restaurants in the Bromont area.

Quel endroit exceptionnel.
Cela faisait longtemps que nous attendions un lieu de cette qualité au bas des pistes - particulièrement en tant que résidents de la montagne.

Nous y allons régulièrement & l'expérience est, dans l'ensemble, très solide.
L'atmosphère est chaleureuse & la qualité de la nourriture est tout simplement exceptionnelle, constante & à la hauteur des meilleures adresses. Mention particulière à Olivier, Valérie & Catherine pour un service professionnel & attentionné.

Cela dit, il serait difficile de passer sous silence un point important : l'accueil.

À plusieurs reprises, que ce soit en famille avec de jeunes enfants, adolescents ou jeunes adultes, l'expérience avec l'hôtesse a été décevante. Le ton & l'attitude ne sont pas à la hauteur du niveau attendu pour un établissement de ce calibre, & cela laisse un arrière-goût mitigé malgré une facture souvent élevée.

C'est d'autant plus dommage que le reste de l'expérience est très bien exécuté.

En résumé : une destination que nous recommandons & où nous revenons avec plaisir, avec l'espoir d'une constance dans l'accueil à la hauteur du reste.

Superbe expérience au Cabinn! L'ambiance est vraiment exceptionnelle, à la fois chaleureuse & élégante. La bouffe est excellente, pleine de saveurs & préparée avec soin. Le service est tout aussi remarquable : attentionné, sympathique & professionnel. Le décor est magnifique & ajoute énormément au plaisir du repas. Une adresse incontournable à Bromont!

Not really sure where to start. Prices for everything seemed high - 8$ for a bread order / 16$ for a side of poutine. My wife got a rabbit pasta which she couldn't finish. I got a bowl of mussels which seemed to be cooked in what seemed like plain milk with boiled potatoes. I don't think I've ever had a worse base. It really did taste like a sort of bland Smokey milk. We didn't finish that either. & it arrived 10 mins after everyone else's main. Servers were friendly enough but never came around to check to see if everything was ok or if we needed extra drinks or to refill water. Kids said their burgers were mediocre. Soggy lettuce, kind of burnt meat, soggy fries. Our friends who got steak said they were good so that's something I guess. Our meal was a bit of a train wreck for over $200. They are trying to have a vibe which we appreciated but were missing the mark on food (though my wife's caesar cocktail was quite was good). There are some really nice restaurants in town which we preferred despite the convenience of this place being in our hotel.

Tout fut parfait ! Mon amoureux a demandé ma main dans la bulle à Champagne à l'extérieur en compagnie de nos amis, du directeur Cantin & d'un des proprio Sébastien ! Tous & chacun ont contribué à faire de notre expérience un moment mémorable. Ajouter à ces beaux moments nous avons été très impressionnés par nos plats. La présentation de ceux-ci, les amalgames de saveurs, tout était à la perfection digne du grand Chef Laurent Godbout !!

Nourriture & drinks exceptionnels. Le service est rapide & tres chalereux. L'expérience de sabrage a marqué notre sortie & les prix sont remarquablement accessibles. Raphael Malo & Victor Gauthier sont des vrais perles. Ambiance d'un resto bar européen, sa vaut le détour!
