CABINN is Bromont’s vibrant hotspot, nestled within the Residence Inn by Marriott. A ski-in/ski-out restaurant and bar at the foot of the slopes, it’s where the mountain meets indulgence. Not really sure where to start. Prices for everything seemed high - 8$ for a bread order / 16$ for a side of poutine. My wife got a rabbit pasta which she couldn't finish. I got a bowl of mussels which seemed to be cooked in what seemed like plain milk with boiled potatoes. I don't think I've ever had a worse base. It really did taste like a sort of bland Smokey milk. We didn't finish that either. & it arrived 10 mins after everyone else's main. Servers were friendly enough but never came around to check to see if everything was ok or if we needed extra drinks or to refill water. Kids said their burgers were mediocre. Soggy lettuce, kind of burnt meat, soggy fries. Our friends who got steak said they were good so that's something I guess. Our meal was a bit of a train wreck for over $200. They are trying to have a vibe which we appreciated but were missing the mark on food (though my wife's caesar cocktail was quite was good). There are some really nice restaurants in town which we preferred despite the convenience of this place being in our hotel.

Best place ever to go in Bromont, either for after skiing, having nice cocktails & Champagne or a very good meal with a nice vibe!

LA NOUVELLE place a Bromont ! Ambiance, cuisine & le staff !! Meilleurs maître d'hôtel Quentin, le bar chef Kaïs qui apporte la touche incroyable aux cocktails ! Bouffe & ambiance généreuse, chaleureuse ! La place pour passer une merveilleuse soirée ! 3e fois avant ce post !

Une équipe tellement agréable, un super service par Zoé, qui connaît sa carte & ses produits alors que nous étions une table plutôt titillante. L'équipe a été tellement sympathique & fun avec nous, elle a su comprendre notre énergie & dynamique de soirée. Nous avons essayez une bonne partie de la carte & nous somme plus que satisfait!
Le début de journée on a prit le temps de boire quelques cocktails entre amis & une ambiance simple & un conseil très apprécié.
Pour finir, une formation pour sabrer le champagne par Kaïs, il m'a apprit tellement de chose! J'ai adoré mon expérience. Pour une ouverture la barre est haute!

Incroyable, j'ai tout adore! Merci Kaïs est sûrement le meilleur chef barman du sud du Québec, il ramène un touche du soleil de Marseille dans chaqu'un de ses cocktails création. & puis que dire de l'équipe de service de zoé qui nous a fait passer un soirée extraordinaire. Quentin le directeur nous a conseillé sur les meilleur champagne à découvrir, & nous a même donner un cours de sabrage hors du commun!!!
