CABINN is Bromont’s vibrant hotspot, nestled within the Residence Inn by Marriott. A ski-in/ski-out restaurant and bar at the foot of the slopes, it’s where the mountain meets indulgence. Une excellente première expérience parce que nous allons y retourner, c'est assuré. La cuisine est à la hauteur de leurs grands chefs. L'ambiance est zen, relaxe & épurée. On peut se réunir dans une petite verrière ou encore se joindre aux autres dans la salle à manger. Les tables sont distancées de manière à ne pas manger dans l'assiette de son voisin. Le servie est professionnel & très agréable. Ce restaurant a tout pour plaire. Merci à toute l'équipe! Le coût est très raisonnable ce qui nous incite à y retourner plus souvent.

Superbe ambiance. Excellente cuisine avec un excellent menu créer par un grand chef. Le serveur'Olivier' est vraiment gentil & attentionné.

I hesitated giving it 2 or 3 stars.

The food was great. The oeuf parfait, & the mushrooms in many plates were awesome. The pasta were overcooked (it happens, but spoiled the rabbit mushroom pasta)

I booked because Laurent Godbout. L'épicier in Montreal was my favorite restaurant. In contrast, Cabinn is discotheque loud. It is crowded. My seat was on a sofa shared with a family. I literally sat beside a kid playing Mario Kart. Impossible to talk with others at my table.

The service was friendly, but lacked training. When you have a renowned chef, you can't say a proseco is a similar replacement to a cava. You can't wait until the main course is almost finished to ask if they'd like a glass of red. I think the staff was willing, but had too much work. Many busboys looked like this was their first job/experience.

So, nice for a ski meal, but very short of my Laurent Godbout expectations.

Im sorry for leaving a bad review

The meat was good quality
The plating was basic with little effort
I chose vegetables as a side option & only got carrots with butter

Atmosphere & service was impeccable.

Except , they where unable to help us with allergies
My wife has many allergies & it makes it very difficult to eat out, so we often feel guilty but we always tip well being grateful for the help.

The waitress went to inquire about the allergies with the kitchen & apon her return she said that nothing on the menu was safe because everyone in the kitchen had come into contact with peanuts or shellfish.

My wife did not eat & we will not be returning to this restaurant

We have never had this problem at any other Marriott, We have been to some of the poorest places in the world & my wife managed to safely eat dinner.

I hope this helps
I talked to an employee outside who was smoking a cigarette & he said they do to much volume to worry about things like that.

I dont know if he was the chef or suecheff but he was ordering the other employee around

If you have allergies 100% avoid !!!!!!

Tout fut parfait ! Mon amoureux a demandé ma main dans la bulle à Champagne à l'extérieur en compagnie de nos amis, du directeur Cantin & d'un des proprio Sébastien ! Tous & chacun ont contribué à faire de notre expérience un moment mémorable. Ajouter à ces beaux moments nous avons été très impressionnés par nos plats. La présentation de ceux-ci, les amalgames de saveurs, tout était à la perfection digne du grand Chef Laurent Godbout !!

Du 5 étoiles époustouflant dans un décor splendide !! Nous vous recommandons de vivre cette expérience prête à épater tous vos sens !!! ♥? Isabelle

LA NOUVELLE place a Bromont ! Ambiance, cuisine & le staff !! Meilleurs maître d'hôtel Quentin, le bar chef Kaïs qui apporte la touche incroyable aux cocktails ! Bouffe & ambiance généreuse, chaleureuse ! La place pour passer une merveilleuse soirée ! 3e fois avant ce post !

Merci pour le super service,

Le concept de l'après ski avec Dj est plus qu'innovant est essentiel à ce lieu au pied des pistes autant en famille qu'entre amis.
On a appris à sabrer le champagne face au domaine de ski grâce aux conseil de Fanny.

Mention au Directeur Quentin & au Chef Barman Kaïs qui nous ont accueillis & conseiller dans notre séjour.

La cuisine est exceptionnel avec les accords & le vins .

Tous ce qu'on recherche pour passer du bon temps entre amis & en famille je vous le conseille vivement.

Laissez vous allez & vivez l'expérience Cabinn.

Incroyable, j'ai tout adore! Merci Kaïs est sûrement le meilleur chef barman du sud du Québec, il ramène un touche du soleil de Marseille dans chaqu'un de ses cocktails création. & puis que dire de l'équipe de service de zoé qui nous a fait passer un soirée extraordinaire. Quentin le directeur nous a conseillé sur les meilleur champagne à découvrir, & nous a même donner un cours de sabrage hors du commun!!!
