I hesitated giving it 2 or 3 stars.

The food was great. The oeuf parfait, & the mushrooms in many plates were awesome. The pasta were overcooked (it happens, but spoiled the rabbit mushroom pasta)

I booked because Laurent Godbout. L'épicier in Montreal was my favorite restaurant. In contrast, Cabinn is discotheque loud. It is crowded. My seat was on a sofa shared with a family. I literally sat beside a kid playing Mario Kart. Impossible to talk with others at my table.

The service was friendly, but lacked training. When you have a renowned chef, you can't say a proseco is a similar replacement to a cava. You can't wait until the main course is almost finished to ask if they'd like a glass of red. I think the staff was willing, but had too much work. Many busboys looked like this was their first job/experience.

So, nice for a ski meal, but very short of my Laurent Godbout expectations.

Enjoyed a meal & a few drinks over the course of a week. Upscale 70's ski chalet vibe. Service was very good every visit. A little pricey & if you're a family, this might not be your first choice. Overall, one of the nicest, if not the nicest restaurants in the Bromont area.

Belle découverte tout était parfait, repas copieux & savoureux. Très bon service à l écoute des clients. Le seul petit hic pour moi c est la musique un peu bruyante mais bon on est dans un resto après ski après tout !

Super endroit pour un après-ski festif entre amis. Nous n'aurions pu trouver un meilleur endroit pour souligner les 50 ans de mon conjoint. Ambiance & nourriture A+, personnel dévoué & sympathique. Organisation hors pair. Bulle à champagne juste wow. Expérience VIP à son meilleur tout cela au pieds des pistes à Bromont. Merci Cabinn
Ps: coup de coeur pour le gâteau d'anniversaire servi sur skis 🎿

Best place ever to go in Bromont, either for after skiing, having nice cocktails & Champagne or a very good meal with a nice vibe!

We visited this past Saturday evening around 7:00 p.m. after skiing & were directed by the patio staff to the indoor bar for drinks. The patio ambiance was great, with nice outdoor fire stations, & we were looking forward to staying.
When I ordered three drinks at the bar, the bartender asked if we had a reservation. We explained that the hostesses had sent us to the bar, but he told us reservations were required even for drinks & refused to serve us. The interaction felt abrupt & dismissive, & I was embarrassed in front of my friends.
It's unfortunate, because the atmosphere was excellent, but the service left a negative impression.

Merci pour le super service,

Le concept de l'après ski avec Dj est plus qu'innovant est essentiel à ce lieu au pied des pistes autant en famille qu'entre amis.
On a appris à sabrer le champagne face au domaine de ski grâce aux conseil de Fanny.

Mention au Directeur Quentin & au Chef Barman Kaïs qui nous ont accueillis & conseiller dans notre séjour.

La cuisine est exceptionnel avec les accords & le vins .

Tous ce qu'on recherche pour passer du bon temps entre amis & en famille je vous le conseille vivement.
