Very friendly crew & an exceptional specialty coffee roaster. Excellent & broad selection of specialty coffees.

It is very noteworthy that Julius is working with industry guru James Hoffman on his latest activity: The Fermentation Project. It is hard to imagine a more significant endorsement for Julius.

While visiting Julius, I highly recommend sampling some of the amazing dessert & pastry items at the adjoining patisserie Si Petit Soit-il.

Highly recommended!

Juste du bon à dire. Prenez le temps d'arrêter les voir. Local, connaissances de barista professionnel, super conseils d'extraction, le meilleur café au monde, passion, pas d'intermédiaires. Tous les cafés naturels sont hallucinants. Les heures d'ouverture sont un peu limitées, mais c'est un petit mal par rapport à l'expérience globale. Wow.

First impressions mean a great deal. I was gifted a $40 certificate for coffee at Julius. I ordered online for pickup in store. I was advised that estimated delivery would be same day but to wait for an email confirmation. & then, nothing. For 5 days. Customers are important, or they're not. If you cannot fulfill an order for any reason you let your client know, at the very least. I had hoped that this might be the start of regular purchases of their coffee but not with this kind of uncertainty, & the radio silence.

Propriétaire souvent présent & prêt à présenter ses produits avec soin. Les cafés sont toujours excellents, voir exceptionnels dans plusieurs cas. Si vous n'avez jamais essayé un café de qualité, c'est la place où aller!
