First impressions mean a great deal. I was gifted a $40 certificate for coffee at Julius. I ordered online for pickup in store. I was advised that estimated delivery would be same day but to wait for an email confirmation. & then, nothing. For 5 days. Customers are important, or they're not. If you cannot fulfill an order for any reason you let your client know, at the very least. I had hoped that this might be the start of regular purchases of their coffee but not with this kind of uncertainty, & the radio silence.

Propriétaire souvent présent & prêt à présenter ses produits avec soin. Les cafés sont toujours excellents, voir exceptionnels dans plusieurs cas. Si vous n'avez jamais essayé un café de qualité, c'est la place où aller!

Si vous demeurez a Bromont ou êtes juste de passage & vous cherchez un endroit pour un vrais bon café, je vous conseille fortement le Julius café. C'était ma première fois au Julius Café aujourd'hui & j'y retournerai sans aucun doute dans le futur. Leurs cafés excellents, leurs pâtisseries délicieuses & l'accueil chaleureux de Pascal, sa femme & leur équipe m'ont séduit, & je suis impatient de renouveler cette expérience.
