Les burgers sont vraiment bon rien a redire en revanche les frites étaient un peu mole dommage. Service au top j'étais au bar aucun soucis. Un peu cher tout de même mais c'est toujours à tester si on cherche un bon burge
Love the food & had to come back after a few years. Couldn't stop remembering about it. The staff is super polite the food is great the atmosphere is def wonderful. I live in USA. & I get to Montreal at least 1 time a year or parts of Canadas East. The Burger bar is the 1 place I wanted to get back & have again but I'm glad I got to & bring my wife for her first try of real poutine. She loved it :-) will be back I'm hoping my next visit

An unassuming bar, nice & quiet during the day. Excellent burgers! Actually some of the best burgers I've ever had so I definitely recommend this place :) Update 4 years later: still fantastic burgers!! Sooooo good.
Went during F1 weekend, so naturally had to wait for table. We opted for bar seats to soak in the Oilers game, & I am so glad we did. The dynamics of this place & two bartenders are a hoot. They were fluent & fun to watch, mixing up some serious beverages. I decided to hydrate with a long island iced tea, which turned into three. Unfortunately, I took zero photos but the burger I consumed was delicious. Not sure of the name, but it had bacon & over easy egg. My partner had double smashed burger with poutine. He loved it & pretty much inhaled it. I will make it a point to return here when in Montreal!
It was my friend & I's first time traveling to Montreal. After a day of walking we said we needed a good burger. Burger Bar as a 10 min walk from our hotel. I really like how Montreal utilizes their old buildings. A lot of restaurants are two floors. We were on the second for Burger Bar & had a window view of the street. The burgers we had were outstanding. I was debating if I wanted to try one of the mac & cheese's on the menu or the Brie cheese & Mushroom burger. I asked our waiter his opinion & he said hands down the brie & mushroom burger. I took this advice & It was truly one of the best burgers I ever had. Lots of options on the menu & a great spot!
Bartender Sebastian was so fun, he was very efficient & helped us get to our next location very fast because we were in a bit of a rush. Food was amazing & chose to go here more than once on our short stay because the food & service were so good. Highly recommend
We came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. The ambience is nice, they have a couple of TVs showing sports as well.
We were greeted warmly & seated quickly. We skipped the appetisers as we were hungry. I ordered a Royal with a veggie patty & Onion rings, & my wife ordered the Barbie with a veggie patty & sweet potato fries. For drinks we had a chocolate milkshake.
The milkshake was all right but the burgers & sides were phenomenal. The quality of ingredients stood out & the service was prompt & friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant & look forward to visiting again.
Stopped in for a burger after an afternoon at the Museum of fine arts. I was so hungry I just needed to eat in a hurry. Sat at the bar & ordered quickly & got my food fast. The burger was cooked perfectly & really juicy. I'm glad I stopped in, I'll definitely come back again the next time I am in Montreal!

My husband & I visited for the first time to try their Barbie Burger for Le Burger Week & we loved it! The burger was absolutely delicious & the service was excellent. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the drink my husband ordered, although super hyped & delicious, was missing one of its main ingredients & that was kinda disappointing. Other than that, great place right where the party’s at! Parking around that area might be tricky, we parked on Sherbrooke street & walked about 10 mins to get to it which was pretty easy for downtown.
I've been to Burger Bar a few times in the past & always had a great experience however I was very disappointed yesterday.
For one, it was F1 weekend. Of course, we were not expecting it to be five star service seeing as it was intensely packed & noisy outside on Crescent. We entered the restaurant which was not as full as we thought it would be. The hostess asked how many people we were & my boyfriend replied 4. She immediately shook her head & said she would not have any room at all (which was odd because we did not see many people waiting upstairs or on the terrace) My boyfriend kindly replied that he did not mind waiting (this was probably due to our great past experiences there that we were willing to wait). The hostess was VERY cold & just looked at us & told us it would be a 45 minute wait (as though it would turn us off & we would leave because it was 9:15PM). We moved over to the bar area. We were seated in 15 mins so it did not take 45 minutes.
Our food was good. The spicy Jack Daniel's wings were not spicy at all. My Quebecois burger was delicious. We finished our meal & the restaurant was not so packed (there was 2 free tables near us). My boyfriend & I were super excited to have a dessert. We kindly asked the waitress for a dessert menu & she said we could not have dessert on F1 weekend. I didn't think anything of it until 3 women near us ordered the fried Mars bar. I was extremely angry. I explained to the waitress that it was very unfair to lie to us & she used some lame excuse & said that their waitress happened to be the manager & the manager had told the staff earlier that night no desserts allowed & she was essentially breaking her own rules.
She asked if I wanted to order dessert. I did not want to stay there any longer. We were ready to pay for dessert & a few more rounds. We took our money & tip somewhere it was much more welcomed. I was very disappointed & still am. I will not be going back because I feel like the staff was just annoyed with us. They were not friendly & were willing to let us go & due to bad service they just lost a regular.
I would highly recommend a change of staff. The bartenders however were extremely friendly (two women with glasses, one with shorter hair) they were great! The rest just treated us horribly.
Une très belle carte variée & avec des choix originaux. Les burgers sont énormes & que dire de la portion de frites qui l'accompagnent. Nous ne sommes jamais déçus de nos visites. Le service est impeccable, autant pour nous amener les commandes que desservir & remplir l'eau.
Très bonne idée d'offrir la variante de galette végé pour tous les burgers. Le pain a toujours une belle texture moelleuse & la galette de viande est juteuse. Les assaisonnements sont parfaits. Seule déception, à notre dernière visite, le burger avec mac&cheese avait été enlevé du menu.
L'ambiance est chaleureuse, tamisée mais le bar offre l'ambiance d'un bar sportif. Prix très abordables considérant l'emplacement.
Ce resto est mon adresse de référence pour les meilleurs burgers à Montréal!
Nous devions aller manger à un autre bar à burger tout près & finalement en passant devant le Burger Bar Crescent le menu nous a tout de suite attiré, & franchement nous n'avons pas regretter notre choix.
Service impeccable; rapide, souriant; à l'écoute. Elle nous a même servie des verres d'eau & des serviettes à main supplémentaires sans qu'on en fasse le demande !
Pour ce qui est de la bouffe, wow ! Top 3 des meilleurs burgers que j'ai mangé dans ma vie. Un beau gros, je l'accorde, mais avec la portion de frite (ou autre, au choix), c'était parfait ! Plusieurs choix aussi, il y en a pour tous les goûts !
Liste de cocktails & de bière assez satisfaisante aussi. Cocktail au gummy bear très sucré, comme je les aimes, miam!
La terrasse était déja ouverte à ce temps-ci de l'année c'était un peu froid, mais c'est une adresse à retenir pour l'été, Crescent est une très belle rue.
À noter que c'était pas mal occupé pour un lundi soir, alors je n'imagine pas les vendredi ou samedi soir...
