Located in the heart of Crescent Street, Burger Bar Crescent offers Gourmet Hamburgers, Mac & Cheese, Sweet Potatoes and many other Burger delights. Our upstairs area offers groups for sports nights or parties of any kind the privacy and atmosphere to relax and have a good time.
Reviews portray Burger Bar Crescent as a reliable spot for burgers with a wide range of options from smash burgers to Quebecois and wagyu varieties, along with strong fries, tasty poutines, and solid desserts and drinks. The atmosphere is described as cozy and relaxed, sometimes lively on weekends, with spaces for dining indoors or on the patio. Service is frequently praised for friendliness and attentiveness, though busy times can bring longer waits and occasional missteps when the staff is stretched thin. Overall this place is regarded as one of Montreal's top burger destinations and a spot many guests plan to return to.
Excellent place to have GOOD burgers. I asked for the doble patty with poutine, instead of French fries aside. Delicious. & a Sangria to drink. Nice place to have lunch or dinner. Excellent service. I recommend it a lot. Not expensive either.
Absolutely brilliant. Can't say enough good things about it.
We walked in on a Wednesday evening & had immediately received a warm welcome from Adrian. He was super helpful with talking us through the different options on the menu & advising us what we might like - both with the food & especially when talking my partner through the vast selection of beers.
The burgers were amazing - I genuinely can't remember having a better one anywhere else. Top class sweet potato fries as well, & I highly recommend the coleslaw; it was unlike anything I'd had elsewhere, & not drowning in mayo like you get in so many places.
Overall, absolutely top marks. Can't fault it in any way. Even the music was great.
In fact, I do have one complaint: that there's only one of them. Normally this would be a massive plus point as I always want to support independents, but I'd happily make an exception for these if it means they open a branch in Liverpool in the UK!

Really nice place, I got a waygu burger & it was out of this world. They also serve a really tasty cocktail called the'Queen Bee.' The staff were friendly, & service was quick. Would definitely visit again
Long story short,
BBQ burger was super dry & gave me horrible food poisoning, the rest of my trip I was violently vomiting. Waste of $22 but bartender was nice

The absolute worst restaurant ever. The service was incredibly rude.Tourist trap, overcrowded, & the food is terrible.
In response to your response: No, I will not give you a second chance. To all people reading this: if you want to avoid a restaurant where you will be disrespected, then avoid at all costs.
Really great spot for burgers. The atmosphere is nice & relaxed. Dining room clean & comfortable. Waitstaff very helpful & nice. Drinks & desserts are great too.

Stopped in for a bite while in town
Probably the best smash burger I've had in a while (BBQ smash w pickled jalapenos & caramelized onions)
Everything from top to bottom bun was perfect
10/10 for flavour & textures
I didn't put the sandwich down once
A must try if you love burgers & are in the area.
Will definitely return every time I visit MTL
We stopped by around 8:30 pm for drinks & dessert as the restaurant was winding down. Unfortunately, it felt like our table was being avoided, & after waiting for some time without service, we decided to leave.
Absolutely loved this place, finally found a place in Montreal with real French fries & not those damn cavendish knock offs. I had the Nordiqes (mostly because I have been a die hard Nordiques fan my whole life & couldn't resist). I had no idea Quebec had their own wagyu beef! I was not disappointed, it was amazing. All 4 of us had a different burger & we all loved it!
Will definitely return on my next visit to Montreal!
