Brigade is a casual custom made neapolitan pizzeria. Pizza made by hand following the art of neapolitan pizza and cooked in our wood oven at 900 degree F.

I had the Margherita pizza & it was dry & stiff. I was hoping for a pillowy crust with some charred edges, but it was tough & shrunken. The pics from other reviews made the pizzas look amazing so I might give it another try.
Also, I made a reservation but they did not have a table reserved. Luckily they had room, but we were stuck sitting at a table where one side was a bench & no back support.
The concept changed a little over the years, but their pizzas are definitely among my favorites of all times. The dough is amazing & pizzas are cooked in a wood oven which gives it a nice charred taste. My go-to when I'm downtown for sure.

Foods a bit inconsistent, once got a great pizza one of the best. & other times it’s okay not too good, thick dough small pizza. Not too bad just inconsistent
Le repas en lui même était excellent, mais nous avons attendu plus d'1h30, sans contact avec la serveuse qui évitait nos appels. Elle était seule pour tout le restaurant.
Les Pizza sont excellentes le restaurant est victime de son succès mais à 20h un samedi soir il n'y avait plus de Pizza Detroit, la serveuse a ajusté le prix de notre addition le geste est très élégant, mais toute la famille aurait bien voulu gouté la fameuse Detroit. A part cet inconvénient ne louper pas la place si vous voulez avoir une Pizza savoureuse avec des ingrédients de première qualité.
Cute atmosphere at the back of the restaurant & excellent wood oven pizza. Even had my husband's favourite pizza cheese (fior de latte) & a vegan cheese option for me!

Malgré le faire qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde, le service était très long. J'ai dû me lever moi-meme pour aller chercher les menus car la serveuse nous les amenaient pas. Il fait très froid. Les tables près de la porte ne devraient pas exister. Les pizzas sont excellentes
