Bouza has a taste and a texture like no other. Our Ice Cream is built from scratch in the traditional Middle Eastern way which makes every flavour naturally unique. We're all for the chewy/creamy/make you drool kind of Ice Cream!
Overall, Bouza is praised for rich, creamy ice creams and a wide, adventurous range of flavors, especially Ashta, pistachio, rose, baklava, and mango, with many tasting notes highlighting fresh, natural fruit flavors and a chewy yet smooth texture. The staff are repeatedly described as friendly, helpful, and generous with tastings, making it easy to sample before ordering. While the flavors and quality are widely celebrated, one pistachio flavor was noted as tasting artificial in an isolated case, and a few reviewers mentioned price or portion size as factors to consider. Many visitors say Bouza is a gem and one of the best ice cream spots around, often traveling from nearby cities to enjoy the experience.
I recently visited both the Laval & Montreal branches, & I was thoroughly impressed. The staff at both locations were amazing, especially Tala at the Laval branch. She went out of her way to make our first visit special by letting us sample different flavors-rose, mango, kashta, & halawa, all of which were incredible. The Montreal branch offers not only ice cream but also Arabic & Turkish sweets, which is a wonderful addition. I tried the Ghazzleh with ice cream, & I can confidently say this is one of the best ice cream shops I've experienced in Canada
The best ice-cream & minimal sugar added, that's why it's my favourite plane for sweets. The service was excellent last night the girl at the counter was so professional & caring, she took her time to introduce flavours & asking feedback!

I got the traditional rose water ice cream & the baklava ice cream, which were a great match. I recommend trying the Arabic coffee as well. They also have a terrace.
An amazing take on Knefeh, some of the stickiest & flavourful ice cream in town! Unforgettable food, warm service, great take away dessert platters as well. A must try for anyone missing the flavours of the Orient.
What an incredible experience. Ilias was so helpful & kind, he explained the process of making the ice cream & different flavors we weren't familiar with. He generously gave us samples of everything! The halva & Achta were our favorites. So delicious & service that truly stood out. Thank you so much!

After reading the outstanding reviews on Google, we decided to visit Bouza Ice Cream, & it certainly lived up to the hype. The experience was fantastic, & the ice cream was exceptional. We tried several flavors, including Baklava, Kashta, Oreo Chocolate, & Cheesecake, & each one was delightful. We hope they consider opening a branch in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Wishing Team Bouza continued success in all their future endeavors.
Amazing icecream. Great customer service. The girl that served us, Rwaa was very friendly & offered us to try a bunch of flavors before making our choice.
You can find Delicious Bouza here 😍 bouza is an arabic nsme for ice cream & gelato. Unique middle eastern flavours you can't find anywhere, like baklawa, ashta, rose, mistika, & more The best thing is you can add as many flavours as you want I recommend Ashta love it 😍
I believe this one of their newer locations. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the staff. The staff offered us multiple samples that we didn't even ask for while making our decision on what ice cream to get. The ice cream here is so fluffy & stretchy & it tasted amazing! Also bought some baklava to go & the staff were super helpful in picking out the baklava. & now after having tasted it I'm so pleased since it is very high quality baklava. Will definitely be back when visiting Montreal again!
