Bouza has a taste and a texture like no other. Our Ice Cream is built from scratch in the traditional Middle Eastern way which makes every flavour naturally unique. We're all for the chewy/creamy/make you drool kind of Ice Cream!
Reviewers describe Bouza as a standout ice cream destination with creamy, chewy textures and rich flavors that feel artisanal and authentic, with pistachio, ashta, rose, baklava, mango, and wild berry all praised for freshness and real fruit notes, often crowned by pistachio toppings for an extra crunch. The Bouza offerings such as ashta bouza and traditional Syrian styles are highlighted for being smooth, flavorful, and distinct from ordinary ice cream. The staff and service consistently receive compliments for warmth, helpful tastings, and attentive care, creating a welcoming atmosphere with clean decor and comfortable seating inside and out. Some notes on price point mention good value or generous portions, while a few consider certain options pricey or portions smaller than expected, but the overall sentiment remains that Bouza delivers one of the best ice cream experiences in town and is worth a visit even for travelers.
Very bad customer service, I asked for one kilogram ice cream, & I want them in two different box, she sad no she will charge me 23$ plus 23$ for each box Thats mean one kilogram is 46$
I told her but on the screen one kilogram is 40$ so I will pay 6$ more to have one kilogram in two different boxes.
I told her on line one kilo is 36$ she said yes but you can't order, I tried on line yes I can order. & the price for 1/2 kilograms for bouza is 20$ on line she said this is old prices.the prices on line & the store dont match.
I told her I live in brossard & two weeks ago I drove after iftar I arrive at 8:30 the store was closed & online it was open to 9pm
With all my bad experiences from my first visit she was not helpful.
Anyway i paid & it was my last visit there. Very bad people, very bad customer service, I can get same bouza cheaper better from other Arabic places.
Attached pictures you will see the prices & in the store it more expensive. & you can see that I can order too. Very bad place
Hands down one of the best ice cream spots I've tried. The Arabic pistachio ice cream is incredible, nothing I've tasted before even comes close. All the fruit flavors taste fresh & natural, with no additives, which really shows the quality of their ingredients. 100% recommend.

Very delicious Arabic-style ice cream. Highly recommend the ashta ice cream with the candy floss & pistachios on top. Super traditional ice cream & the staff provided amazing service. They had really good Arabic desserts worth trying as well, we got baklava when we're there. I also recommend taking a pint home with you, as one plate is never enough!
The best authentic Arabic stretchy ice cream In all of Montreal I really recommend the ashta one it's the best we also got the knafe but it was mid because the cheese was not Nablus cheese
I recently visited both the Laval & Montreal branches, & I was thoroughly impressed. The staff at both locations were amazing, especially Tala at the Laval branch. She went out of her way to make our first visit special by letting us sample different flavors-rose, mango, kashta, & halawa, all of which were incredible. The Montreal branch offers not only ice cream but also Arabic & Turkish sweets, which is a wonderful addition. I tried the Ghazzleh with ice cream, & I can confidently say this is one of the best ice cream shops I've experienced in Canada
I got the traditional rose water ice cream & the baklava ice cream, which were a great match. I recommend trying the Arabic coffee as well. They also have a terrace.

Send night in Montreal, had to try Bouza, one out of 3 locations we tried. This location I had to have Ashta with pistachio & who doesn't like Arabic coffee made to order? Yes, no trouble sleeping after! I recommend their full menu from Arabic desserts, sahlab, banana split, chocolate lovers will like Bouza chocolate. We sat outside & enjoyed every bite. Thank you Bouza for being memorable.
You can find Delicious Bouza here 😍 bouza is an arabic nsme for ice cream & gelato. Unique middle eastern flavours you can't find anywhere, like baklawa, ashta, rose, mistika, & more The best thing is you can add as many flavours as you want I recommend Ashta love it 😍
Was visiting mintreal from Windsor & had seen Tik tok. About Bouza . Had to try it out . Very good & service was excellent. The Arabic sweets are also very good
Bouza serves the best Arabic ice cream in town, offering the most authentic flavors. Their ice cream cake is also delightful, & their combinations are creative & tasty. However, the service does not match the quality of the food.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bouza, the charming ice cream haven nestled in Laval, & I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. This hidden gem offers not only a delectable selection of treats but also an ambiance that makes the experience truly unforgettable. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the clean & inviting atmosphere. The interior is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy & welcoming space for ice cream enthusiasts like myself. The attention to cleanliness did not go unnoticed, adding an extra layer of comfort to my visit. Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the Arabic ice cream. Bouza has undoubtedly mastered the art of crafting the most exquisite Arabic ice cream in Montreal. Each spoonful is a symphony of flavors that transport you to the streets of the Middle East. The texture is perfectly creamy, & the balance of sweetness is just right, making it an indulgence that I will crave long after leaving the place. What sets Bouza apart is not just the quality of their ice cream but the authenticity of the experience. The friendly staff, with their warm smiles, adds a personal touch to the service. They are more than willing to guide you through the menu, offering recommendations based on your preferences. Bouza's commitment to providing a true taste of Arabic ice cream culture is evident in every detail. The variety of flavors available is impressive, catering to a diverse range of palates. Whether you're a fan of traditional pistachio or adventurous enough to try unique blends, Bouza has something for everyone. In conclusion, Bouza in Laval is not just an ice cream parlor; it's a haven for those seeking a genuine & delightful experience. If you're in Montreal & have a penchant for exceptional Arabic ice cream, this is the place to be. Bouza has undoubtedly secured its spot as my go-to ice cream destination, & I can't wait to indulge in their delightful creations again.
First time to visit Bouza but it was a nice experience. They have different flavors of ice cream & will let you taste if you want. We tried arabic bouza (so delicious). The only issue is finding a parking is hard. You can look for one around or waiting for someone to leave. Recommend to try this place & get some fresh ice cream.
