Bouza MTL in Laval serves one of the most unique desserts I've ever tried. The Bouza Ashta is creamy, chewy, & made from scratch using traditional Lebanese techniques that give it a one-of-a-kind texture. The flavour is delicate yet rich, with a hint of floral notes, & the pistachio topping adds the perfect crunch.
The quality of ingredients is unmatched, & you can tell each scoop is crafted with care. Staff are warm & welcoming, & the presentation is beautiful. Whether you're from Laval or driving in from Montreal, this spot is worth the trip. It's unlike any ice cream experience you've had before - & it's absolutely delicious.

If i could put 10 ⭐? stars, absolutely amazing. The decor is clean & inviting, the staff is remarkable. We were hesitating the young lady behind the counter offered explanations & tasting! You can opt for sorbet or traditional ice cream or better yet some new flavours such as rose or baklava or achta which we fell in love with

Its my second time here its to die for the new flavour halawe its just sooooo goood the girl on the service (rewa'a) so cute her service its 100 on 10 she welcomed us as we are in her house she make sure we tried every thing before we decide she was so patient with us jer smile & energy its just perfect 💓💓💓💓

We were in town for an event & stopped at Bouza for ice-cream & glad we did. Very tasty with big variety of flavours. Service was wonderful, everyone was happy & professional.

We had such an amazing experience. The staff was very warm & welcoming, particularly Elias who made us try many flavours before making our choice. The ice cream was phenomenal. We will definitely be back!

Very fresh & authentic ice cream with unique flavours. All the flavours are very rich & not too sweet. The staff is very friendly especially Ilyas, he took great care of us.

Best ice cream ever! It's stretchy, rich & flavourful. Customer service was excellent, as the staff was beyond friendly & even offered for us to try every flavour. Highly recommend stopping by Bouza!

For me it is an authentic delicious ice cream. Try Kishta 🥰 Cherries 🍒 …. Now they have new flavours (Kishta Othmanli, Halawa… ) recommend it

The best ice-cream & minimal sugar added, that's why it's my favourite plane for sweets. The service was excellent last night the girl at the counter was so professional & caring, she took her time to introduce flavours & asking feedback!

You can find Delicious Bouza here 😍 bouza is an arabic nsme for ice cream & gelato. Unique middle eastern flavours you can't find anywhere, like baklawa, ashta, rose, mistika, & more The best thing is you can add as many flavours as you want I recommend Ashta love it 😍
