You know, the funny thing about this place is that I've come here quite a few times over the years, but I've never actually sat down inside & enjoyed the bouza ice cream.
Usually, whenever I pass by, the indoor & outdoor seating is completely full. So I was lucky that when I came by on a Tuesday around 3 PM, it was pretty much empty.
There are so many flavors to choose from, but I decided to play it safe & stick with ones I know I really like. First, I went with achta because nobody does it better than Bouza. The second flavor I chose was pistachio & lastly, I went with almond. I got it in the larger size, but next time, I might just go with the small because it was a lot.
I loved how the achta was smooth & creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. The pistachio flavor was just as creamy, & topped with crushed pistachios that were super fresh. You could immediately tell the quality was there.
The service here was great, super friendly & helpful. They offered samples & answered any questions. Overall, it was a really pleasant & happy experience, best enjoyed with family & friends.

If i could put 10 ⭐? stars, absolutely amazing. The decor is clean & inviting, the staff is remarkable. We were hesitating the young lady behind the counter offered explanations & tasting! You can opt for sorbet or traditional ice cream or better yet some new flavours such as rose or baklava or achta which we fell in love with
We got a taste test before we ordered. Rwaa was sooo helpful & kind! We ordered baklava with achta inside it was sooo delicious. Coffee was amazing as well.
Absolument délicieux la crème glacée, super naturelle & la texture est unique. On a pris une crème glacée Achta (baklava) & une aux pistaches. Authentique syrien! Staff est vraiment accueillant & sweet! Ambiance tellement cute & la musique est adorable 10/10

What an incredible experience. Ilias was so helpful & kind, he explained the process of making the ice cream & different flavors we weren't familiar with. He generously gave us samples of everything! The halva & Achta were our favorites. So delicious & service that truly stood out. Thank you so much!
Des produites qui goûtent le ciel. tres bon service à la clientèle accueillant & chaleureux . meilleure crème glacée. Elle nous a fait gouté presque tout. les sorbets sont bon & surtout la creme glacée de achta b ghaz el banat , rose & bakleva . la qualité des ingrédients est supérieure. je recommande fortement surtout pour des desserts de ramadan. merci

Really like this place, it was my second time going, the place used to be smaller but they extended it, it really looks so nice inside.
They have a couple tables inside for you to seat & also a few tables outside during summer time.
The 2 guys working there were really nice. They also added so many flavours to there's ice cream. They have so many sorbet flavours now other then there's signature achta flavour.
I tried the cherry & lemon flavor this time & I really liked it.
I think they have a flavour to anyone's taste, they even have snickers, hazelnut...they also have ice cream cakes & stuff.
