Bouza has a taste and a texture like no other. Our Ice Cream is built from scratch in the traditional Middle Eastern way which makes every flavour naturally unique. We're all for the chewy/creamy/make you drool kind of Ice Cream!
Overall, Bouza is praised for rich, creamy ice creams and a wide, adventurous range of flavors, especially Ashta, pistachio, rose, baklava, and mango, with many tasting notes highlighting fresh, natural fruit flavors and a chewy yet smooth texture. The staff are repeatedly described as friendly, helpful, and generous with tastings, making it easy to sample before ordering. While the flavors and quality are widely celebrated, one pistachio flavor was noted as tasting artificial in an isolated case, and a few reviewers mentioned price or portion size as factors to consider. Many visitors say Bouza is a gem and one of the best ice cream spots around, often traveling from nearby cities to enjoy the experience.
This is easily one of the best ice creams I've ever had, especially the Achta & Knafeh flavours. I'm so glad I discovered this place just in time for summer because I already know I'll be bringing everyone here.
The staff is always so kind & welcoming. It genuinely feels like they're excited to introduce people to a part of their culture & share the flavours with you & make you taste, which makes the whole experience even more special. You can really feel the care behind everything here. Highly recommend!
Authentic, creamy, & absolutely delicious. The Ashta flavor is a masterpiece with the perfect traditional texture. A must-visit for any ice cream lover!

Very bad customer service, I asked for one kilogram ice cream, & I want them in two different box, she sad no she will charge me 23$ plus 23$ for each box Thats mean one kilogram is 46$
I told her but on the screen one kilogram is 40$ so I will pay 6$ more to have one kilogram in two different boxes.
I told her on line one kilo is 36$ she said yes but you can't order, I tried on line yes I can order. & the price for 1/2 kilograms for bouza is 20$ on line she said this is old prices.the prices on line & the store dont match.
I told her I live in brossard & two weeks ago I drove after iftar I arrive at 8:30 the store was closed & online it was open to 9pm
With all my bad experiences from my first visit she was not helpful.
Anyway i paid & it was my last visit there. Very bad people, very bad customer service, I can get same bouza cheaper better from other Arabic places.
Attached pictures you will see the prices & in the store it more expensive. & you can see that I can order too. Very bad place

Hands down one of the best ice cream spots I've tried. The Arabic pistachio ice cream is incredible, nothing I've tasted before even comes close. All the fruit flavors taste fresh & natural, with no additives, which really shows the quality of their ingredients. 100% recommend.
This ice cream ar really good! Delicious flavors, my favorite 🥭 mango but I also tried roses & wild black berries & this last is my second favorite, very fresh & real fruit taste. The staff is very kind, the offer free pistachios toppings in every ice cream

I went to Carrefour Laval last weekend & found a lovely ice cream shop called Bouza. They sell artisanal Mediterranean-style ice cream. I decided to try the Ashta flavor, because it is one of their emblematic flavors & of course the traditional chocolate. Amazing flavors, especially Ashta. The consistency of the ice cream is really different, slightly chewy, unlike traditional ice cream. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend
