I heard so many people saying that Bouza is an amazing ice cream store, so we decided to try it out. Most people don't know what real ice cream is or tastes like, so they will love any ice cream they try. The reality was shocking! This is not ice cream, this is industrialized flavor & gum; it was tasteless! The pina colada was horrible; you can feel the artificial flavors of pineapple & coconut. Same for the strawberry one: you can immediately feel that this is not real fruits in there. Same for the achta, it tasted more like iced milk, it tasted nothing like achta; same goes for the frozen ice cream cake. For that expensive price point, I was waiting for the wow factor, I was expecting an ice cream where you can see chunks of real strawberries or other real fruits in there, but sadly this was not the case. Artificial flavors can never taste like real fruits. I was really disappointed; I wanted to leave a 5-star review but in all honesty I cannot because you won't get your money's worth.

Bouza in Laval was an amazing experience from start to finish. The ice cream was delicious, the quality was outstanding, & the flavours were unlike anything else. The service was friendly & welcoming, & the whole atmosphere made it a great place to visit. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in the area. Highly recommended! 🍦😊

Malgré le bruit, mais le service est très rapide avec la sourire & les produits sont très bon .
Je recommande surtout le achta c'est du vrai délice pour ceux qui n'aime pas le sur-sucré
