These brownies are amazing, super moist & chocolatey, with the perfect amount of salt. Boulangerie Guillaume is also a magnificent place for bread & the like. Unfortunately the service can be hit or miss, where sometimes you get greeted by a trendy stuck-up kid who has a hard time smiling, but that comes with the territory on the Plateau. Incomprehensibly, this bakery does not own a bread slicer machine, so they are incapable of pre-slicing their bread for you. 🤯

Had a white chocolate brioche mushroom as part of a food tour, nearly went back in & bought everything they had. Legit good.
Attention la qualité n'est plus au rendez-vous !!! Où est passé l'ancien pâtissier ?
Delicious bakery in the Mile-End section of Montreal. We had some of their items on a food tour. I would certainly return.
Love their chocolate sourdough. Don't miss it. Other breads are all good. The only downside is some staff could be mean to English speaker. Yesterday I went the staff cashing me out was rude & refused to speak English until I said I don't understand.
It's a bakery. I want to give it four & a half, but it only had full Stars. The bread, the cakes & the sandwiches are delicious. They also serve coffee. If I am only buying bread, I prefer to pay cash, otherwise I have to fiddle around with the credit card reader, seeking out the no_tip button as I refuse to leave a tip to buy an everyday item of basic food. For coffee I will gladly leave a tip.
⁉️ Boulangerie Française 🇨🇵 ⁉️ 🧐😝🤣 ➡️Il serait intéressant pour vous d'aller faire un petit tour de dégustation dans de vraies boulangeries en France avant de vous permettre d'utiliser cette appellation....🧐🤣 Ça fait plus penser au phénomène greenwashing...Vous utilisez cette dénomination "boulangerie Française " uniquement pour faire votre argent.... ➡️ Il n'y a rien de français dans vos recettes trop sucrées & écoeurantes des la première bouchée.... ❌ Passé votre chemin cette boulangerie n'a que l'apparence d'une boulangerie Française pour le côté gustatif on est bien plus dans une fusion diète américaine ( 🎉🎉 vive le diabète & le cholestérol à l'américaine.....) P.S. : Les amateur.rice.s de bonnes boulangeries FR allez plutôt ô p'tit Paris pour déguster de bonnes choses dans une vrai boulangerie pâtisserie française 🥐🥖🍰🇨🇵 👍🏻Seul Point positif : 🔸💲les prix sont corrects, même si la qualité des mets FR n'y sont pas...

Great selection of bread & sweets, i can't pass by that area without stopping by ! Beautiful space & well situated They are also available for delivery on uber which is super practical. Their chausson au pomme is amazing too :)
