Our second time here, & hope they will open one in Toronto!
This bakery is a must-visit if you're in Montreal. In fact, it's almost a pilgrimage for bread & pastry lovers. We picked up olive bread, potato bread, a sourdough bâtard, almond croissant, mushroom brioche, & a few other items. every single item was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted divine!

Our visit was made even more memorable by Guillaume himself, who served us personally & took the time to chat with us & explain each product. We can't wait to return. Thank you, Guillaume, for making our experience so enjoyable & worthwhile!

La seconde visite avec toute la famille : pain aux champignons, pain cube & biscuits au chocolat. Le pain aux champignons est délicieux, les biscuits au chocolat légèrement salés. Toute la famille a adoré cette pâtisserie !

Finding a reliable business in this part of the city can be hit or miss but Guillaume exceeded my expectations. The space is well maintained & the service was efficient from start to finish. I felt like my needs were prioritized & the communication was clear at every step of the process.
