Bouillon Albert was born out of a passion for convivial cuisine and a desire to recreate the warm atmosphere of Parisian bouillons. We draw inspiration from the simplicity and authenticity of French dining, while adding a modern, local touch, reflecting the diversity of the Plateau Mont-Royal.

L'accueil & l'ambiance est très chaleureuse. La nourriture est délicieuse, surtout la bisque de homard. Ils sont ouverts assez tard donc c'est parfait pour un petit souper léger en fin de soirée.
Je vous recommande la soupe à l'onion & le steak frite. L'attente n'était pas trop longue & le restaurant n'est pas trop bruyant. On a vraiment apprécié la qualité de la nourriture. Le seul bémol : la farce sur la salade d'endives étaient ridicule… voir photo.
Très belle ambiance, excellent service, & plats gourmands & bien travaillés! Grosse déception sur le plat néanmoins : la quantité de ravioles clairement insuffisante pour 21$. Notre serveuse nous avait même témoigné que des enfants restaient sur leur faim avec cette quantité. Le principe d'un bouillon c'est pourtant des plats généreux à prix réduit. Bien dommage… mention néanmoins spéciale pour le riz au lait extraordinaire !

The only complaint I have about this restaurant is that if you're sitting along the windows facing the windows, place is a little tight & when waiters or waitresses pass behind you, they tend to bump into your back.
We had an absolutely great dinner. If we weren't here for such a short period we would certainly be back to try some more! The food, cocktails & wine were delicious. The staff were easily able to accommodate my gluten free partner. We sat at the bar & our bartender was lovely.
Nous sommes venus à deux, un soir de semaine, à ce restaurant. Nous avons pris deux entrées excellentes & deux plats à partager.
Deux points négatifs à noter : la quantité proposée pour les ravioles n'est clairement pas assez pour une personne & les prix des vins en bouteille sont extrêmement élevés…
Malgré cela, nous avons passé une très bonne soirée & notre serveuse était très gentille.
