Food was decent 7/10 nothing special, place had good atmosphere but unfortunately was boiling hot. Service was great very friendly. Either had a bad snail or piece of beef tartare mild food poisoning

Une magnifique découverte qui a su rendre ma soirée encore plus magique qu'elle ne l'était déjà.

Le bouillon Albert est vraiment un endroit qu'on apprécie énormément pour un dîner du soir (surtout en amoureux).

Avec un staff accueillant & des tables qui mêlent convivialité & intimité, on se retrouve plongé dans l'univers de ce bouillon, entre chaleur & raffinement.

Les plats principaux sont ce qui fait ressortir le Bouillon Albert du lot. Qu'est ce que je me suis régalé avec leur flanc de porc croustillant & piperade & leur onglet, frites, sauce café de Paris.

Vraiment, le savoir faire de la gastronomie française se fait ressentir & apporte un réel enchantement à chaque bouchée, comme si chaque instant était un petit voyage de saveurs, unique en son genre.

Qu'est ce qu'on s'y régale, qu'est ce qu'on s'y plaît, qu'est ce qu'on se sent bien entouré par une cuisine aussi généreuse que raffinée.

Une adresse à ne surtout pas manquer pour les amoureux de bonne bouffe & de moments suspendus.

Est-ce que j'y retournerai?

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. L'onglet était délicieux. Les portions étaient généreuses. Le prix du vin est tres abordable. . On y retourne.

Our experience was great. Delicious food & great service. We came around 8:30pm on Sunday. It was a bit crowded in the beginning. Good thing we called & made a reservation.

P.S.
After two beers I cannot give less than 5 stars.

Les Rillettes étaient beaucoup trop grasse (50% de gras & on devrait être a 20%), le foie & l'onglet trop cuit (j'avais demandé saignant j'ai eu rosé).
Service moyen, pas eu de check a notre plat principal.

Pleasant & attentive service.
Good food.
We had Liver ,Cod ,Steak, Leeks.
All were very tasty & well prepared.
Profiteroles for dessert …yummy!
Wine was also nice.
Great location.

Snagged in by the French onion soup. Very much enjoyed the trout & green beans. Pleasant service, accommodating in English. The bar is well-thought out - snuggle spots for couples, comfortable for solo diners. My barneighbour's escargot smelled heavenly & the steak looked perfect.
