Des sushis vraiment EXCELLENTS 😍 Très gourmands & très fins. Rien à voir avec des sushis classiques. Il faut absolument les goûter pour comprendre. & 100% vegan c'est encore bien meilleur !

Je ne suis habituellement pas la clientèle cible des restaurants de sushis véganes. J'aime les sushis traditionnels &, souvent, les alternatives végétales me laissent un peu sur ma faim.

Cela dit, Bloom Sushi m'a agréablement surprise.

J'y suis allée avec une amie & j'ai trouvé que c'était un excellent compromis quand on sort avec quelqu'un qui mange végétarien ou végane. Le menu est créatif, les présentations sont soignées & plusieurs bouchées réussissent vraiment à recréer l'expérience de manger des sushis, sans essayer de copier parfaitement le poisson.

Le restaurant est aussi très joli, chaleureux & parfait pour une sortie entre amis. Mention spéciale au personnel, qui a été particulièrement gentil, accueillant & serviable tout au long du repas.

Est-ce que je remplacerais mon restaurant de sushis traditionnel préféré par Bloom? Probablement pas. Mais est-ce que j'y retournerais avec une amie végétarienne ou quelqu'un qui veut découvrir une autre façon de manger des sushis? Absolument.

Un endroit original, accessible & bien exécuté, même pour les sceptiques du véganisme comme moi.
