Downtown Montreal is home to a brand new occupant, and we’re here to have a good time. A social lounge, an artisan bar and a modern bistro, Bivouac provides an urban and boreal gastronomic experience to all who pass through its doors.

Here, the objective is simple: to introduce guests to a whole new world of tastes and sensations. Taking advantage of the best that the Quebec region and its artisans have to offer.

Bivouac is where guests can get away from the chaos of city life to explore, share and enjoy the quintessence of our nature, all during a meal.

Located in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel on the 6th floor of Complexe Desjardins.
In summer, the Bivouac Terrace offers a breathtaking view of the city and is perfectly located to enjoy the lively Place des Festivals. In winter, the Refuges du Bivouac offer to set up a camp for an evening under a beautifully decorated and heated dome that can accommodate up to 10 people, in the heart of the entertainment district.

Emplacement de choix pour cette terrasse avec vue sur le quartier des spectacles & le centre-ville. La carte des vins a des options bio & le service est impeccable. La touche ambiance est bien assurée avec le DJ sur place & le décor moderne.

Les plats sont plûtot bons & bien présentés, mais le service est très décevant.
Le service était long & trés baclé ce qui est décevant pour ce genre d'établissement (besoin de faire signe à un serveur, vins servis à côté du verre...)
Je comprends qu'avec la COVID & le manque possible de personnel cela est difficile mais dans ce cas il faudrait peut être penser à réduire le nombre de client admissible afin de privilégier une expérience de qualité...

Long avant qu'un serveuse viennent vous voir. A son arrivée sans nous avoir donner le menu elle nous demande ce que nous voulons.
Par la suite très bon service rapide
