Downtown Montreal is home to a brand new occupant, and we’re here to have a good time. A social lounge, an artisan bar and a modern bistro, Bivouac provides an urban and boreal gastronomic experience to all who pass through its doors.

Here, the objective is simple: to introduce guests to a whole new world of tastes and sensations. Taking advantage of the best that the Quebec region and its artisans have to offer.

Bivouac is where guests can get away from the chaos of city life to explore, share and enjoy the quintessence of our nature, all during a meal.

Located in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel on the 6th floor of Complexe Desjardins.
In summer, the Bivouac Terrace offers a breathtaking view of the city and is perfectly located to enjoy the lively Place des Festivals. In winter, the Refuges du Bivouac offer to set up a camp for an evening under a beautifully decorated and heated dome that can accommodate up to 10 people, in the heart of the entertainment district.

Nous y sommes allés pour un lunch en terrasse. Vue spectaculaire & ambiance plaisante. Service impeccable. Menu du midi un peu limité en terme de choix. Les calmars frits & les guedilles de homard étaient délicieux.

Expérience parfaite! La nourriture est délicieuse & le service est super! Le personnel est attentionné! La terrasse est sans doute la plus belle de Montréal & l'intérieur est tout aussi accueillant!

Cet endroit est tout simplement GÉNIAL!!!
La vue est splendide, la terrasse est très grande, nous ne sommes donc pas serrés comme des sardines!
Également, le service est très bon!! Les serveurs sont courtois & très gentils, ils font preuve d'un grand professionnalisme!
La nourriture est exquise, rien à redire!
Je recommande plus que fortement cet endroit!

Expérience géniale ! Nous sommes venus pour la fête de mon conjoint & avons été super bien reçus ! Du cocktail sur la terrasse jusqu'au repas divin servi en intérieur avec une magnifique vue de le quartier des Spectacles ! Ils ont eu une belle attention avec bougie pour l'occasion. La gentillesse de notre serveur & son équipe est à souligner. On recommande & on reviendra !

Une terrasse magnifique avec vue sur l'esplanade de la Place des Arts à découvrir. Une ambiance estivale dans un décor très tendance avec une équipe accueillante & chaleureuse! Merci particulièrement à Catherine Caron pour le bon service qu'elle déploie avec son équipe!
