Downtown Montreal is home to a brand new occupant, and we’re here to have a good time. A social lounge, an artisan bar and a modern bistro, Bivouac provides an urban and boreal gastronomic experience to all who pass through its doors.

Here, the objective is simple: to introduce guests to a whole new world of tastes and sensations. Taking advantage of the best that the Quebec region and its artisans have to offer.

Located in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel on the 6th floor of Complexe Desjardins.
In summer, the Bivouac Terrace offers a breathtaking view of the city and is perfectly located to enjoy the lively Place des Festivals. In winter, the Refuges du Bivouac offer to set up a camp for an evening under a beautifully decorated and heated dome that can accommodate up to 10 people, in the heart of the entertainment district.

Magnifique terrasse avec vue du coucher du soleil. Le menu annoncé sur le site ($39/3 services) n'était pas disponible. C'est malheureux car nous avons dû limiter nos choix. La poutine n'était pas avec du fromage cheddar & le tartare n'avait pas de saveur.
Le service est correct avec une brigade jeune & en besoin d'expérience. Moi, je donnerais un 6/10. Comme l'ouverture est récente, le Bivouac sera mieux rodé dans quelques mois.

Nous avons était un soir de spectacle & il y avait trop de monde pour la capacité du service & de la cuisine
donc ils se sont trompes dans les commandes & l attente était longue
mais le souper était excellent & ils ont tout fait pour que l on soit satisfait
le directeur & le serveur était vraiment a la hauteur de la situation
bravo d avoir rectifier le tir avec classe
nous sortons très satisfait & nous allons recommande ce magnifique restaurant ,son directeur & son chef

Nous avons passé une superbe soirée au Bivouac. La terrasse est bien aménagée, l'ambiance est parfaite, le service attentionné & la bouffe est vraiment délicieuse. C'est certain qu'on va y retourner! C'est LA place dans le quartier des spectacles

Expérience géniale ! Nous sommes venus pour la fête de mon conjoint & avons été super bien reçus ! Du cocktail sur la terrasse jusqu'au repas divin servi en intérieur avec une magnifique vue de le quartier des Spectacles ! Ils ont eu une belle attention avec bougie pour l'occasion. La gentillesse de notre serveur & son équipe est à souligner. On recommande & on reviendra !
