One of my favorite breakfast spots downtown! I always go for the classic breakfast & it's consistently great. The menu offers lots of choices & the food is always fresh & tasty. Perfect place to meet friends & enjoy a relaxed brunch, whether on weekdays or weekends.
It's a good place to eat a well served breakfast or brunch for an affordable price. Not too noisy, relatively fast service, clean & very well located in downtown.
C'est dégueulasse. Il n'y a aucun autre mot... Pas de sauce hollandaise sur les oeufs bénédictines... Le pain n'est pas grillé mais il goute le brûler & bacon est bien cuit mais il est mou??? Tout goute weird..On ne peut malheureusement pas dire quoi, on ne le sait pas.
Mon chum & moi essayons plusieurs endroits à déjeuner régulièrement , aujourd'hui nous sommes venu déjeuner & avons été servis par Trycia. Le service honnêtement était très amical & nous avons eu une très bonne conversation avec la serveuse. Il avait énormément de gens & Trycia nous a rassuré & nous a offert un service impeccable! Je vais revenir certainement:)
Friendly staff made sure our group of 14 was treated like kings ! Our friends from Belgium loved the food to the point that they're thinking about importing the concept to Europe. We were there on the morning of Dec 31 & back the next day. A fabulous breakfast experience!

Had a wonderful experience at Ben & Florentine in Montreal. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, & perfectly prepared. Special mention to Jade for her exceptional hospitality; she was warm, attentive, & made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Il y avait un cheveu noir dans mon plat dans les légumes & le fromage. Mon plat était pour emporter. J'ai appelé pour leur dire & je me suis fait répondre de façon cavalière. Impossible un service comme ça! Je ne comprends pas pourquoi l'employée n'a pas pu me répondre avec courtoisie surtout que j'ai été très affable…
J'ai jeté mon plat.
J'ai commandé l'assiette « Ça croustille » & le pain doré servi ne correspondait pas à la photo présentée au menu, tant au niveau de la présentation que de l'aspect. La différence était assez évidente.
L'expérience était correcte, mais décevante par rapport aux attentes créées par le menu.
