Coffee could be stronger & the cheese on the skillet was a bit clumped together. Crepe was AMAZING & Matcha & Coco smoothie was super tasty.
Service was friendly & welcoming in the official language of our choice.

Nice place to have breakfast & more. There are plenty of options. The food was tasty, & the service was great. We tried their version of poutine, crepes, & hot chocolate.
I often cant decide between sweet & savory breakfast items, & here you dont need to. Its nice to get a sweet crepe, toast, eggs, bacon/sausage, etc. all in one order, but just make sure you are hungry! The poached egg on the eggs benedict was unfortunately cold, like it was prepared in advance & saved until serving. The other eggs were good, as were the potatoes & meats. Waffle was standard. Coffee & tea are included with of if the menu items. The crepes are quite thick here-personally I prefer them thinner. Overall I would recommend B&F for breakfast & brunch, especially with the big portion sizes & variety within orders
Make sure to come hungry as portions are very generous. Breakfast was incredible. When I saw banana & Nutella crepes on the menu I was sold! It came with all the fixings! I also had the Maple Iced Coffee (Sortilège, milk, vanilla, espresso & cinnamon) which was a wonderful way to start to our Montreal day!
J'y suis allé trop de fois pour ne pas mettre d'avis.. Après un gros entraînement, y'a rien au monde qui me motive plus qu'un Dix sur Dix Crêpes Pain blanc oeufs miroir confitures !! Quand on a Maude pour nous servir, on est encore plus heureux.
Once we entered we were seated almost directly.While ordering, the waitress got lost & re-asked what we wanted.I tried the three musketeers (consists of sausages rolled in crepes with cheddar on top served with fruits & home potatoes) which was very good & my wife took the chicken pesto with salad (the salad sauces were separate & you could choose what you wanted) which was also very good. Though the food is nice but the atmosphere is cold & you feel almost unwelcomed. 4 Stars for food & 2 for the services for the Ben & Florentine located on Mansfield street.
Nous sommes allées manger au restaurant Ben&Florentine le lundi 6 octobre 2014 vers environ 11h30. Notre expérience a été positive & nous sommes très satisfaites de ce restaurant, mis à part quelques détails. En arrivant, l'ambiance n'était pas très au rendez-vous puisqu'il n'y avait que quelques clients. Somme toute, nous attribuons 4/5 au restaurant. Tout d'abord, la nourriture était goûteuse & les portions étaient généreuses. Les aliments étaient chauds & frais, mis à part la crêpe qui était température pièce & un peu sèche. En ce qui concerne le service, la serveuse était très attentive à nos besoins & aucune erreur de prise de commande n'a été commise. Elle était toujours souriante & prête à répondre à nos questions, sans avoir l'air pressée. Le rapport qualité-prix est très abordable. Pour la quantité de nourriture servie, plus un smoothie & un café, le prix était très satisfaisant considérant, de plus, le service de bonne qualité. Par contre, un aspect négatif à apportez serait la propreté des toilettes des femmes. Une des toilettes était manifestement défectueuse. Pour remédier à la situation, ils avaient placé une poubelle & un torchon sur la chasse d'eau, car en flochant, l'eau giclait. Une poubelle disposée uniquement pour l'hygiène féminine devrait être installée afin de rester sanitaire. Mise à part les toilettes, tout a été à la hauteur de nos attentes, & nous croyons y retourner. :D
