Friendly staff, & very accommodating. Food was absolutely delicious! We had a party of 5 & were seated very quickly. I ordered the Apple Crepes combo, & ate every bit of it. People in my party ordered the crispy French toast with chocolate, & the pancakes. All said it was delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant if traveling to Montreal!

As my group was about to depart Quebec after our 3 days stay, going to Ben & Florentine was the perfect goodbye to the beautiful city of Montreal! It is right by the Gare Centrale if you're travelling by Via Rail. Marie went above & beyond, she impressed us right away by how she remembered all of our orders without writing anything down! She ensured our experience was good & had us eating good, as well as took amazing photos of us to end off our trip the right way!

I arrived here maybe around 8:45 AM on Saturday for the long weekend in August. This place was really nice & stood out to me on Google Maps because it had really good reviews. The food looked really nice & it definitely delivered.

I got seated within a minute of even getting into the place & the server was really nice. I came with a table of four people, & I ordered the salmon bagel with breakfast fruit, & breakfast potatoes. This is really nice because I don't usually get much options for persons who do not eat egg so the salmon was a plus. My friend got the seasonal items with apple & peach toast with bacon & eggs. One got a French toast with eggs as well & these definitely look really good.

I only took pictures of my food, but safe to say the other others also had a good experience as well.

One thing I want to add is that when I came in I requested a table for four & the servers were really accommodating while my friends came in maybe a good 30 to 45 minutes after me. I appreciated that because by the time my friends came, it was really busy & I would assume that getting a table would be very hard.

Overall experience, I would come again.
10/10 for Service, food & location!

The restaurant was very clean & tidy & very welcoming. The food was really great & good value. But the best part was the amazing service we got from Marie-Pier! She really went above & beyond when my partner mentioned gluten-free options, she helped with suggestions & made sure there wouldn't be contamination. During the meal some ketchup spilled on my white shirt, she got a damp cloth & grabbed her own tide to go stick! She was so joyful, attentive & very pleasant. Got our day off on the right foot! Merci beaucoup Marie-Pier!

La responsable, Marie-Pier Bellefeuille, a été extrêmement méprisante envers ma femme. Je comprends maintenant pourquoi ils engagent une nouvelle serveuse toutes les deux semaines.

Les cretons goutait leau & les beans le font de canne en plus ont a du attendre 1h avant davoir nos assiettes plus jamais

Visiteurs français à Montréal, n'hésitez pas à rendre visite à cette enseigne. Tout est très bon & le service souriant est très apprécié. Merci pour ce moment délicieux un dimanche matin.
