Excellent du début à la fin. La nourriture & le vin sont incroyables. Nous coups de coeur: La panna cotta & le tartare de boeuf, sans oublier le dessert au sarrasin. Nous y sommes allé deux soirs consécutifs tellement nous avons aimé notre expérience, & notre prochaine visite est déjà réservée. Le personnel super attentionné; mention spéciale à Nicolas. Bref, tout était parfait!

Toujours un plaisir gustatif d'aller à ce restaurant. Une cuisine fraîche, recherchée & une carte des vins surprenante. Une équipe qui est sympathique & à l'écoute vient compléter le tout. Elle est aussi de très bon conseil car les serveurs connaissent les plats & les ingrédients. Le Baumier c'est un baume à tous les sens!

Service impeccable ! Food gourmet, plates well presented with exceptional decoration chef knows how to make it look inviting & they are very tasteful, tapas style.. so don't expect to have a large portion. They are small costly but well worth it. (Only comment I would say is the one dish lobster could have had a few more pieces & was missing a little taste). Tried 7-8 different dishes all worth trying. Will definitely go back. Nice to have food of this class available.

Parfois on a malheureusement l'impression que la cuisine québécoise se réduit à la poutine & au pâté chinois. Des endroits comme Beaumier redéfinissent la gastronomie du Québec, avec des goûts uniques, des ingrédients indigènes & surtout avec de la bonne humeur. Bravo & surtout merci 🙏🏼🙌🏼

This place was absolutely incredible. The service was impeccable, & the food was indescribably unique & delicious. The food combinations are so different than anything you would find at your average restaurant, but they make it work spectacularly. If you are looking for a laid-back atmosphere & higher class of food, this is an excellent choice.
