Très belle soirée au Baumier. La cuisine est celle du terroir & les plats sont savoureux. Le service est impeccable & les cocktails & mocktails sont excellents! À re découvrir lors de notre prochaine visite!

Concept intéressant, bons cocktails, mais il faut aimer les vins natures car il n'y a pas d'alternative conventionnelle. Le tartare & le pain & le pain plats furent de bons choix. Le maïs était décevant, le poisson était ok mais pas remarquable, & le poulet était goûteux mais ne valait pas le prix. Nos attentes étaient élevées en lisant les revues, mais nous n'avons pas trouvé que le repas était à la hauteur. & bien qu'on a mentionné un anniversaire, aucune petite attention n'a été offerte. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Vraiment exceptionnel. Le personnel de service est sympathique & charismatique. La cuisine est incroyablement unique & savoureuse, en plus d'être composée en grande partie de produits locaux. Les associations de saveurs sont très originales & rafraîchissantes. Un arrêt gastronomique à ne pas manquer. Si vous cherchez une ambiance détendue & une cuisine raffinée, c'est un choix parfait.

Très belle expérience de dégustation ! Plats a partager ! L'endroit est très beau également ! J'aurais peu être aimé avec 2-3 choix de plus au menu, mais ceux présent étaient reussi !
