C'est la perfection, relaxe, nourriture explosive de saveurs, la cheffe Arianne incroyable & la charmante serveuse Nathalie une perle. On se sent bien, on boit bien & on mange bien. Que veux-tu de plus ?
Laissez-vous porter par l'expérience du Baumier; autant pour la sélection d'une bonne bouteille selon votre palette que par les plats si délicieux faits par les artistes de cette cuisine
Les jeunes propriétaires sont allés à la bonne école. Le plat incluant une mousse au champignons était excellent. Le dessert: doux, était divin. Souci des petits détails qui font la différence, ex: cure-dents dans la salle de bain. Le seul bémol: le rapport quantité , qualité /prix sur le vin n'était pas attrayant. Les vins naturels sont plutôt un affaire de marketing.
Je suis moins ‘'fan'' de leur carte de vins naturels (c'est vraiment une question de goûts personnels) mais pour l'expérience nourriture & pour le service ce resto est définitivement un coup de coeur! ❤️

Agréablement séduite par cette table où chaque petit plat offrait des accords gustatifs surprenants, délicieux, à partir de produits locaux. Bon choix pour cette soirée entre amis, dans le calme & le plaisir, arrosée d'un vin nature d'Oka, dont je me souviendrai longtemps!
