Extraordinary! Fantastic food, excellent wine pairings & a nice atmosphere. We tend to like restaurants that promote locally sourced products along with unique flavours & combinations & we were not disappointed. I would forgo reading the menu beforehand & let the friendly & helpful staff do their thing. Trust the process - you won't regret it!

Bel endroit, service exceptionnel, la qualité des plats est très bien, toutefois je comprends que les salaires & le prix de la nourriture aient augmentés considérablement dans les dernières années & que l'on doit s'attendre à payer une facture considérable quand nous allons dans ce type de restaurant …….Mais au Baumier Le rapport prix des plats / quantité de nourriture offerte est complètement dérisoire. Je cite deux exemples: Le foie de volaille à 9$ (11,33$ tx & service). Il s'agit de deux morceaux de pain carrés de 3cm x 3cm avec un peu de mousse de foie de volaille & deux goûtes de purée de prunes) à mon avis c'est vraiment rire du monde, disons que ça part mal la soirée! L'assiette d'endives à 17$ (21,40$ tx & service) Il s'agit de 6 feuilles d'endives crues & de 3 feuilles d'endives cuites avec une cuillère à soupe de sauce au fromage blue….. complètement dérisoire! Après avoir consommé nos 5 plats à deux & nos 2 verres de vin chacun pour un total de 200$ (tx & service inclus) nous n'étions vraiment pas rassasié. Dommage!

Quelle belle découverte! Nous y avons passé une soirée en amoureux & l'expérience fut tout simplement parfaite. De succulents plats à partager, des suggestions étonnantes d'accord vin au verre, un service impeccable. Bref, nous reviendrons.

Un endroit exceptionnel où partager son amour de la table & des bons vins entre amis. Il ne faut pas avoir peur de faire confiance aux employés qui connaissent exceptionnellement bien les accords mets vins. Vous ne serez pas déçus !

Service impeccable ! Cependant, très déçus des plats... Portions minuscules & goût loin d'être extraordinaire. Au prix auquel sont les plats, on s'attend à un peu plus... De plus, l'ambiance n'est pas au rendez-vous : musique, lumière... Quelques chose n'y était pas. Sur une note plus positive, les vins proposés étaient très bons.
