Very pretentious restaurant it took me 50 minutes to get some bread & I had to pay for it
When they're saying wine bar, it's all private labels the lady that served us was really pretentious no smile or force smile when we ask after the first taste, her eyes went up the ceiling to choose another one in that circumstance we just said the second one is OK
It took an hour & 15 minutes to get our first plate. The restaurant was approximately 60% occupied.
I had to ask if I could get all the plates together as soon as possible to get out of there
When I got home, I had a sandwich. I hope it will help.

Expérience 10/10. Je conseil de faire confiance à votre serveuse(serveur), demandez de découvrir & d'avoir un accord avec le vin! C'est une expérience que nous avons hâte de revivre!

Service impeccable & minutieux, beau travail d'équipe !
Plat goûteux & surprenant, portion assez moindre, mais bien assez pour 2 bons mangeurs avec plusieurs plats!
Ambiance légère & agréable, nous y retournerons c'est certain!

Vraiment super expérience! Nous étions un groupe de 7 personnes pour une fête & je recommande fortement.
Notre serveuse a été super! une grande connaissance du menu & de la carte des vins. La nourriture a été excellente & nous avons eu la chance de goûter a un rosé québécois très surprenant.

Voilà un bien belle endroit que je n'aurais pas trouvé sans un ami .

Le service est très agréable ils sont vraiment au petit soins. On a pris 6 plats & 2 desserts c'était excellent & on a pris un accord de vin . Il y a eu un petit soucis avec un plat & ils nous l'on offert c'était vraiment pas nécessaire mais ils l'ont fait quand même .

Les vins étaient délicieux on a eu l'opportunité de goûter plusieurs pour faire nos accords ( je choisi toujours les pleurs cher sans le faire exprès:) ) .

Les plats sont bien préparé avec des saveurs nouvelles & agréable.

Très bonne soirée je recommande vivement.

Beautiful ingredients, local produce, & a thoughtful natural wine selection. The effort in the kitchen is remarkable, & the service is truly exceptional.

That said, the portions are far too small. I understand & appreciate the pricing that comes with high-quality products-but they're not operating in downtown New York. There's definitely room to be more generous with the portions, & they should consider it.

Edit: second experience this week & still the same raving review. Creativity & flavours à gogo. Anyone rating this less than 5* is either an authentic & experienced world travelled gourmet critic with amazingly high standards (good for you) or just a mon oncle / ma tante who cannot distinguish the delicacies & subtleties that Baumier offers from the Quebec pride « roteux-poutine - Pepsi » that they have been fed as kids & since then ruined their crossbreeding palate. Highly recommended & as exquisite as simple & relaxed. Very inventive cuisine & rare wines that can drive the total price up quickly but truly justified.
Warning: not sure they serve cretons but they have beans. What's not to like.

Wow, what to say about this spot? Delicious food, well put together dishes, local ingredients, friendly staff & a great wine menu. You won't go wrong here!
