Tout était super! J'ai bien aimé votre vision de la bouffe de saison. Notre coup de coeur était le plat de moule! Belle idée de la service froide & les saveurs étaient bien harmonisés. Le service était A1, rien à dire. La seule chose pour l'ambiance c'est que j'avais un petit courant d'air froid dans le dos (étant assise proche de la porte dans le coin du resto Sud-Est) mais je suis consciente qu'il est sûrement difficile avec ce genre d'architecture (avec la porte de garage). Aussi, si je peux me permettre de vous donner un commentaire sur les plats, à quelques fois il y avait un élément qui n'était peut-être pas nécessaire, qui n'amenait rien au plat, ou était absent du goût (ex: la sauce orangée sur le dessus du chou ne goûtait pas & le plat de pétoncles nous a déçus car nous ne gouttions pas assez la pétoncle même à moins de la prendre seule sur la fourchette - elle était sublime & bien cuite unilatéralement miam!). Définitivement, je recommande & je reviendrai. Merci d'exister!
