La serveuse "Jade" a été exceptionnelle dans son service en me proposant un excellent choix de menu. Elle ma fait changer d'avis a propos du restaurant bâton rouge en me montrant qu il y a des plats tros bon. Je tiens à la remercier pour son attention & son professionnalisme. Pour avoir gérer le KEG à Québec de 1982 à 1986..... je peux vous dire que nous avons été charmés par votre personnel! Franchement, jamais nous n'avons été aussi bien servis depuis la pandémie!
The service was excellent & very accommodating as we need to always address a food allergy when we eat out. The staff were excellent & the food was fantastic. First time eating there & we will go back to this location when we visit Laval.
service MÉDIOCRE, le seule bon service est venu du gérant & du collègue de la serveuse, la serveuse semblait absolument inexpérimentée a renverser mon drink sur la table a laisser la table sale, un drink a 14$ il y a fallu que je le retourne car il manquait le rim , 15 minutes pour avoir de l’eau, le repas etait bon mais la serveuse nous a pas amener de napkin, ou d’assiette pour mettre nos carcasses/os, aucune épice sur les frites, tres habituer des batons rouges EXTRÊMEMENT dessus de celui-ci, manquait du fromage dans le burger de la personne avec moi, nous avons du demander pour tous, décevant
The food was good however our waitress wasn't the greatest. Also I ordered a creme brulee & instead of sugar on the top it was salt. It tasted so bad asked to return to get another one with sugar & no apology or anything. Just a bit disappointing we used to go often
Bâton Rouge is the place for ribs (in my opinion) however I was so disappointed & I was so looking forward to it.
My ribs were dry, not enough sauce, my baked potato was prepared long in advanced & felt warmed up. I didn’t have the traditional coleslaw on my plate nor any condiments like sour cream. No wet napkins to wipe your hands either.
I get food prices have gone up but so have the prices on the menu. They serve the minimum food & mediocre food quality. Truly disappointing.

Dessert d'anniversaire à pris du temps à arriver ! On avait même terminé le café. Nous n'avons pas le goût de retourner au resto d'ici peu, trop bruyant & trop coûteux.

Excellent service & great quality food. We sat in the bar area which has more a lounge feeling than a restaurant. The menu has many options from steak to salads. I enjoyed a healthy option which was packed with fresh fish & vegetables. I definitely recommend this place for lunch or dinner.
We were a group of 7 last night celebrating our 11 year old son's birthday. We had an amazing time. The atmosphère was fun & festive. Everyone that works there from front réception to the Manager were smiling, kind & respectful. The food was great with a lot of new menu items. But the best part of the evening was our server ANNIE. She is amazing! She took such great care of us ....giving us hands down the best service we could ever hope for. We highly recommend this place. When you go, please ask for Annie! 😀
Kid was yelling the entire time we were there which is why I rated the ambiance a bit lower but overall food was very good staff was great & had a good time.
