premiere fois que je goute au kouing amann & je suis un fan . Cest une des patisserie les plus decadente & savoureuse que j'ai pu manger , j'ai tenter par apres d'autres etablissement qui offre le kouing amann......mais cette adresse est definitivement la meilleure je recommande fortement.

Randomly went in here & got whatever the heck that cake looking stuff is & it blew my mind how delicious it was. I can only describe it as moist a bit flaky & buttery & slightly sweet! Goes great with chai latte!

Life changing pastries.
This croissant was one of the most incredible things that I've beheld, you cannot even pick it up without it collapsing. The texture & taste are equally as delicate. Hands down the best croissant. The Kougin-Amann was beyond my ability to capture in words. I recommend eating it with a fork but also just pick a piece up & bite it, 2 different experiences, neither lackluster or ordinary.
The kindest & most patient people here as well.

Served warm & fresh, the signature pastry is heavenly. Glad I made the stop. Parking is a bit tough.

Crispy on the outside, fluffy & moist on the inside. It was slightly too oily (not buttery though) for my liking. But traditional butter cake that tasted delicious. Not my favorite but still a wonderfully well done pastry. Great experience to try.

Kouign Aman Bakery IS Montreal.
Montreal is the best city in Canada, & this is the best place in Montreal, therefore...
The bakery products are ALL incredibly delicious. I just had croissants at Blé Sucré in Paris last year, & I thought I had found the best croissant in the world, but then I had an Almond Croissant from KAB &, oh boy, was that even better!
Regardless of this, if this is your first time visiting here, you HAVE TO get the Kouign Aman... possibly the best (IMHO) bakery product in the whole wide world. No need to say more about this.
&, as if all this wasn't enough... The service! You cannot find more friendly, helpful, & all around nice people than the girls at this place (the Monsieur baker is also super nice). Their service is genuine. You feel taken care of, not just in a transactional way, but they want you to leave satisfied with everything.
If you come to Montreal you cannot leave without coming here.
