Review Summary

Across reviews, Atelier Marjorie is praised for the quality and taste of its pastries and cakes, with many custom orders appreciated for accuracy and elegance. The cake decorating experiences and bento cake workshops are described as fun, creative, and well hosted, with a welcoming atmosphere and a charming interior. Visitors also enjoy the tea time and standalone desserts, noting a wide variety of toppings and decorations, and several items like the Paris Brest and dulce de leche cake are highlighted as standout. However, the space is frequently described as small and sometimes feels cramped, which can make lines and activities feel rushed, especially during peak hours. Some critiques point to limited color options for decoration, occasional gaps in service, and the price level relative to the experience. Occasionally concerns about cleanliness and hygiene of decorations or the organization of the start times appear, but overall the staff are described as warm and helpful. Overall, Atelier Marjorie comes across as a creative, charming spot for desserts and hands on decorating experiences, with repeat visits and events recommended.

The paris brest eclair was so good! Sweetened to perfection with a crunchy inside.

Had the Paris Brest chou which was delicious but the cream could have had more flavour. The chai macaron was perfection.

I wanted so much to try the place but was disappointed. It may be great for a full tea time, but for the rest the pastries were overpriced in my opinion, paying 7.5 for just a choux is way too exaggerated. Thing is i always give a try to see as it may worth it. & no, here it is a simple choux, small & not event fully filled with cream. I put this comment as I am used to expensive pâtisseries in Paris, from chefs & at the same price, the price generally matches the quality. My intention here is that this helps getting higher end services & products. I don't mind paying more & supporting small businesses, but the overall experience must be coherent (price/service/product quality/place). I also took a fraisier which was nice & worth the price (even tho it was in a plactic container...). Took an ice cream too which was nice, could be filled a bit more but i enjoyed it. & i confirm the other comments, the place is really small but crowded with tables. So if you're more than 2 try to book before or plan to takeout. Maybe better to leave less tables so people can feel more comfortable, this will upgrade the experience. Also about the comments regarding the customer service, I think it's because they (or one at least) are French, people here are not used to the parisian "attitude" (my opinion here) but they didn't seem that rude, just French normal rudeness lol don't take it personally 😉
