We received atrocious service here. 40 minutes after placing our order, I asked if everything was ok with our order. The waiter acted like I was being impatient. Ten minutes later, a table next to us who weren't even seated when we ordered received their food. I asked a different waitress, she went & asked the kitchen, & it turns out our order was messed up. Then they brought the wrong order!
Quel plaisir de découvrir enfin Arriba Burritos, un endroit que j'attendais avec impatience d'essayer. Le décor est magnifique & l'équipe, jeune & chaleureuse, donne tout de suite envie de revenir. L'accueil était attentionné du début à la fin.
J'aurais aimé que mon burger soit à la hauteur du reste de l'expérience. Il différait de la description du menu, avec des oignons crus là où je m'attendais à des oignons caramélisés, & quelques éléments annoncés manquaient à l'appel. Cela dit, la gentillesse & le professionnalisme de l'équipe ont largement compensé cette petite déception.
Arriba Burritos reste un bel endroit à découvrir, & je serais ravie d'y retourner pour laisser une nouvelle chance au menu. À recommander pour l'ambiance & l'accueil.

We randomly popped into this place for dinner & this is the best birria tacos I've ever had. We ordered a pitcher of margaritas too (delicious!). Vibes were great here! Highly recommend.

Super great & delicious food! Authentic Mexican cuisine! Steak nachos were great ! Daquiri yummy! Manager Haran had great energy & very friendly, respectful cares about his customers we even got complimentary white sangria!
Terrible service long hour waits & no communication, very unsanitary, please listen to the bad reviews it says a lot about how they run the business. STAY AWAY if you dont wanna get sick!!

WALKED IN & WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED while servers kept passing us off to each other. After being seated, we waited 40 MINUTES just to get WATER, & only after asking. The cups were FILTHY. Black oily residue came off when I touched the rim.
NO ONE checked on us. After OVER AN HOUR of being completely neglected, we walked out & went to a different restaurant.
If the front-of-house cleanliness & service are this bad, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. NOT WORTH RISKING YOUR HEALTH. Would give zero stars if I could.
Food was amazing! We started off by having the nachos & guacamole then for our main dish we had the 3 tacos birria, french toast with ice cream & crème brûlée pancakes. The pancakes was pretty big so it would be enough for one person or to share among each other.
Overall, the staffs were very friendly & nice. They accommodate to all customers with respect! For sure will come back !
