I was very excited to try this place from seeing it on social media videos. Drinks & nachos were good but the birria tacos & burrito was relatively bland compared to others ive had & i travel all over canada for work so ive had alot. I ordered rice & didnt get it & the place was infested with fruit flies. Very dissappointing & not worth going to. I paid $225 for a family of 4 to have each an order of tacos & split a nachos with each a drink. Eating out is hardly worth it anymore & this place helped me realize that. Zoom in on my wall picture & u will see yhe flies.
Amazing food & even better service! Jhean took great care of us… super friendly & attentive. The nachos & tacos were absolutely delicious, everything tasted fresh & full of flavor. The whole staff was fantastic too. Highly recommend to anyone in the area, this place is out of this world!
Nous avons été très déçus de notre expérience chez Arriba Burrito.
D'abord, nous avons attendu environ 15 minutes pour recevoir seulement deux margaritas. Entre le moment où nous avons reçu nos boissons & la prise de commande, notre serveuse n'est jamais revenue nous voir.
Nous avons commandé deux sortes de tacos ainsi qu'un nacho. Après avoir pris notre commande, la serveuse est revenue nous informer qu'un des types de tacos n'était plus disponible, ce qui aurait idéalement dû être vérifié avant la prise de commande.
Pendant le repas, plusieurs serveurs sont venus nous demander si les plats qu'ils avaient en main étaient les nôtres, se trompant de table à plusieurs reprises, ce qui donnait l'impression qu'ils ne connaissaient pas leur propre plan de salle. Le service manquait clairement d'organisation.
Concernant la nourriture, les nachos étaient décevants : le fromage n'était même pas fondu & la viande de birria avait été oubliée. Lorsque je l'ai signalé, j'ai clairement indiqué que je préférais conserver le plat tel quel & ne pas être facturé pour l'ajout oublié, puisque j'avais déjà commencé à manger & que j'avais faim. Malgré cela, la viande a été ajoutée par la suite & elle nous a tout de même été facturée.
Au final, entre le service désorganisé, les erreurs de commande & la qualité de la nourriture qui ne justifiait pas le prix, notre expérience a été très décevante. Malheureusement, ce n'est pas un restaurant où nous prévoyons retourner.

Super great & delicious food! Authentic Mexican cuisine! Steak nachos were great ! Daquiri yummy! Manager Haran had great energy & very friendly, respectful cares about his customers we even got complimentary white sangria!
Food was amazing! We started off by having the nachos & guacamole then for our main dish we had the 3 tacos birria, french toast with ice cream & crème brûlée pancakes. The pancakes was pretty big so it would be enough for one person or to share among each other.
Overall, the staffs were very friendly & nice. They accommodate to all customers with respect! For sure will come back !
Tout était excellent, nous avons goûter à trois sortes de tacos différents & nous recommendons fortement le birria & le poisson. Propre, bien ambiancé, pas trop d'attente malgré que c'était rempli & les meilleurs nachos que j'ai mangé!
Pas mal en général, mais déçue de mon choix! J'ai pris les tacos steak & ça manquait vraiment de goût. J'ai dû utiliser la garniture de mes nachos (0gnion, guacamole...) pour mes tacos & c'était mieux.
Belle présentation, & mes nachos étaient bien; mais encore mieux quand je les ai pris pour apportez & manger plus tard chez moi lol.

My girls & I went on a girls' night. We ordered: nachos, birria (extra note: it was really oily), chicken & ribeye steak taco. The food was ok like honestly, it wasn't filling at all - no special taste. It is overrated. No offense, the tiktok people that wrote good reviews have never tasted real good Mexican food. The atmosphere was fine, but the bathroom was bad. Like I'm not talking about a normal bathroom. I felt like I've entered a whole new dimension: it was tiny like my 5'6 friend basically couldn't fit it that, the toilet was in front of the mirror & there was no place to move nor to even use the sink. The light was so dark, you wouldn't even be able to wipe your ass properly. It felt like they spent their whole budget on more tables *in this tiny space rather than focusing on necessities. Also while we were talking, my friend had things dripping on her thighs. I'm beyond dissatisfied about the service. They barely interacted with us & the tips option was only 18%-25%. We weren't a group of like 6 or more - we were only 4 people. Also, tips are after tax.

Nous sommes allés célébrer mon anniversaire. Nous étions sept adultes & un tout-petit. Nous avons demandé un siège pour bébé, mais ils n'en avaient pas. On nous a expliqué qu'ils l'avaient déplacé dans une autre succursale. Il n'y avait pas non plus de table à langer. Nous avons donc dû nous débrouiller comme nous avons pu. Heureusement, notre enfant a été très accommodant.
Pour ce qui est des repas, j'ai commandé les nachos au steak. J'ai reçu une portion très généreuse, comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo, & c'était vraiment bon. Par contre, la portion des tacos était ridicule par rapport au prix demandé. La chimichanga & les burritos étaient accompagnés de seulement cinq Tostitos & d'une cuillère de guacamole.
Le service laisse vraiment à désirer. Il y a eu plusieurs oublis dans la commande, le service était lent & les serveurs venaient rarement nous voir pour vérifier si tout allait bien ou s'il nous manquait quelque chose. Lorsqu'un article n'était pas disponible, ils ne venaient pas nous en informer : il fallait les relancer, & c'est seulement à ce moment-là qu'ils nous avisaient.
L'endroit est aussi très mal aménagé. Il y a trop de tables pour l'espace disponible, ou encore un sapin beaucoup trop imposant qui enlève de la place. J'étais assise dans un coin où il y avait énormément de va-&-vient, ce qui me limitait constamment dans mes mouvements. Nous avons tous mangé très serrés, car ils nous ont entassés.
Puisque nous fêtions mon anniversaire, ma mère a demandé s'ils pouvaient me chanter « Bonne fête » avec le chapeau. Ils ont répondu oui & ont mentionné qu'ils apporteraient une surprise. Cette « surprise » s'est avérée être un gâteau ajouté à la facture, contrairement à d'autres endroits où ce geste est offert par courtoisie. Nous aurions au moins aimé être avisés à l'avance.
