This made us feel like home. I absolutely enjoyed the dishes & the hospitality. I am originally from New York City, a Bangladeshi American. To get the taste of authentic Bangladeshi food like this in Montreal was a good experience. I 100% recommend this place.

This spot has the best Bengali food ever, it has been meeting quality standards for years now. Very friendly & inviting & the prices are fair. I just drove from Ottawa to Montreal & got the chicken roast & the tea. Highly recommend.

Tried this place during Montreal visit. Customer service was top notch. Food was surprisingly good. They provided complimentary tea after lunch which was also nice. The place is clean although the decoration is quite simple. We ordered Beef bhuna, Khichuri, Begun Vaji, Shutki Vorta. All items tasted good & had a homemade cook vibe. The Shutki vorta is a must try if you like really spicy foods. The food seemed better than many Bangladeshi restaurants in Toronto.
I went on a Tuesday evening. Everything was good & worth it as I was full. The food came fast as well. They give onions & spice on the side as well which is a nice addition. The mango lassi was made well as well. The tuna kebab had too much oil however & there was a small piece of metal in my dish(beef tehari). The situation was resolved with no issue whatsoever.
Delicious food in town. A little bit of fragrance will make the place wonderful.
Heard about them so much as we were coming from Ontario However disappointed with the pungent odor as soon as you enter the place. Ordered Tehari which was definitely old/leftover & was served after heating for god knows how long. It was too hot to even touch the plate. Hope they will improve
