I mean the line can be crazy sometimes & the space is always not enough but that's how you know the food is great. Well priced (hope that won't change), fast & good service. Guys serving you are great & happy at what they do. I always leave this place stuffed. Never fails! One of the best in Montreal & I hope they would expand the place a little & create a bigger bar so people can drink while they wait for their table.
Clearly the reputation speaks for itself. Excellent quality on the chicken brochettes (which are thick compared to other places), the calamari & obviously the marvens sauce. theres a reason why places like this stick around, the food & quality is top notch

Une très belle découverte dans Parc-Extension !
Chez Marven's, tout est au rendez-vous : de grosses portions généreuses, une cuisine authentique pleine de saveurs, & une ambiance intime & chaleureuse qui donne envie de revenir.
Nous étions 5 personnes & le service était rapide, sans compromis sur la qualité. Le serveur était super sympathique & attentionné, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable.
Un endroit parfait pour bien manger & se sentir comme à la maison. Je recommande sans hésiter !

I found this place on social media & made the trip from Ottawa-wow, 10/10. The food & service were both incredible. The staff are so welcoming & polite!
The calamari & the Caesar salad were standout starters (I seriously need the recipe for that dressing!), & the steak was cooked to perfection. The portions are perfect, too. It gets very busy, but it is absolutely worth the wait. Compliments to the chef-I'll definitely be back!
J'aimerais partager mon expérience récente dans cet établissement.
Lors de ma dernière visite, l'ambiance était malheuresement très désagréable. Un des serveurs se disputait avec un collègue, le restaurant était petit, nous pouvions clairement l'entendre crier & frapper sur le comptoir. Cela a rendu le moment assez inconfortable, ce qui m'a surprise puisque je fréquente cet endroit depuis un certain temps sans jamais avoir vécu une telle situation.
J'étais donc un peu hésitante à y retourner ce week-end mais je suis heureuse de l'avoir fait. La personne en question n'était pas présente, & tout s'est très bien déroulé. L'ambiance était calme & agréable, nous étions détendus, & les serveurs aussi. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée.
Je tenais à souligner cette amélioration & espère que ce genre d'incident ne se reproduira pas.

Maybe one of the best lamb chop in the world. The beer is light but tzatziki is very fresh & goes perfect with octopus & fries. We two people spent $90 with lamb combo, octopus & beers. Cant finish half. Take away the rest. Will definitely comes back again. A uncle waiter is very welcoming & friendly. Just it is too popular to enter without waiting in a long line.
Une superbe découverte ! Les calmars frits & les côtelettes d'agneau sont tout simplement incontournables. Nous avons partagé l'entrée de Pikilia pour deux : la présentation est magnifique & la portion est très généreuse. Je recommande sans hésiter !
Les calmars frits étaient sublimes. Le plat vient avec une délicieuse salade, le riz parfaitement cuit & des méga frites. L'assiette peut être pour deux personnes.
Le seul problème est que tu dois payer en argent comptant & je l'ai appris après avoir mangé.
Aller chez Marven's est toujours une excellente expérience : délicieuse cuisine grecque (mention spéciale à leurs calmars frits!), service dynamique & chaleureux... un incontournable!
