Les calmars frits étaient sublimes. Le plat vient avec une délicieuse salade, le riz parfaitement cuit & des méga frites. L'assiette peut être pour deux personnes.
Le seul problème est que tu dois payer en argent comptant & je l'ai appris après avoir mangé.
My family & I have been eating at Marven's for about seven to eight years now. Everytime we come to the restaurant I always get nostalgic about all the good times we have had there since I was a young boy. Marven's has always been a place where my family & I can come to enjoy amazing food & share laughs. The service is amazing, as soon as you walk through the doors you instantly get greeted by their amazing servers, not as another paying customer but as a guest in their'home'. Server's are always quick on their feet, the food always comes out in perfect intervals so as you finish eating their bread & tzatziki sauce, the salads & appetizers come out & after the main course. (They have it down to a tee). The food is phenomenal, from their delicious greek salad, to their crispy fried calamari, the juicy tender lamb chops, their pitas, chicken skewers & especially their amazingly juicy rib eye steak.
I don't usually leave reviews for restaurants but marven's has always been there for my family & I so I had to help them grow & attract more guests in hopes that those guests can build a relationship & memories with this restaurant such as I have.

I love the food, test is really good.
I order Calamari, Beef, Lamp chop & come with Greek Salad & Cesar Salad for 3 pax, we are not finish the plate.
The Calami is really good, big portion. appetizer that you will never miss it if you go there.
Great Customer service, he is very friendly.

This is for Marven's DELIVERY option via either UBER EATS or DOOR DASH!! I order the 2 porc souvlaki skewers with Greek salad, rice & fried potato. 1st the staff are great at getting the order done fast! 2nd the presentation is excellent, u feel like u are getting exactly what u would expect if a restaurant is treating u right when delivering food to u! the salad comes in it's own container, very nice looking, with a transparent lid allowing u to see the salad which is a nice touch, in a separate container, which again is very nice looking, u have the two pork skewers, fried potato wedges & rice nicely presented! 3rd, the food is delicious, the salad is fresh, large & excellent, lettuce, tomato, black olives, peppers, thinly sliced onion, & comes with a lovely vinaigrette. The 2 pork souvlakis skewers are perfectly cooked & tasty, the rice is perfect, the fries are tasty & also perfectly cooked (Add on a very tasty sauce that comes with it which adds a nice zest to the meal) U get a generous serving of everything. So, quick recap, quick preparation for delivery, excellent presentation, generous portions & delicious food! Highly recommend! The meal also comes with hot bread in aluminum foil.
Les calmars étaient très bon mais malheureusement la salade grecque & le pita gyro poulet ne l'était pas :(. La salade n'était pas assaisonnée, pas de vinaigrette & le tzatiki du gyro n'a aucune saveur de la sauce traditionnelle…il était sucré & épicé d'épices moyent orient, décevant! Serveurs TRÈS occupés mais très gentils malgré tout…merci!
Their house & greek salad are one of the best, & they give good portions of it. The house sauce too, amazing to pour on the steak of lamb chops, which is what we always order when we go there. The seating is crowded, which is even tougher to move around with puffy winter coats, or with small kids (if they don't sit still).

This place is a gem, the waiters while a little rough around the edges are attentive & responsive. I sampled the olive plate, greek salad, calamari & the lamb chops, all of which were exceptional & very generous servings. Get there early or you'll be waiting in line.

No frills, packed on a Sunday night & i get why. Portions are huge, service fast & food is tasty. Its a bang for your buck. Not your typical souvlaki stick, its more brochette size, big chunks of marinated chicken, tasty rice & greek salad. Next time we will do a pikilia & some other apps. Im already looking forward to our return.
Best Greek grill in Montreal, since 1973 ! We've been coming for years & never disappoints.
The rib steak is truly amazing, tender & expertly grilled. It's served with sautéed mushrooms, chunky home fries, & a huge Greek salad.
Don't forget their calamari & tender lamb chops.

This is a landmark in Montreal, & truly worth a trip to Park Extension. There may be lineups, but it's worth it.
STILL ONE OF THE BEST!
I've already given Marven's a 5-star review before, but I feel the need to update it because every time I come back with my family, the experience remains just as excellent. The service is consistently great, the staff is super friendly, & even though the place gets pretty crowded at times, the atmosphere stays warm & enjoyable. Plus, parking is never a hassle you can always find a spot around the block.
Now, let's talk about the food. We had the Lamb Chops, Salmon, Steak, Chicken, & of course their signature dish the Calamari with their famous Secret Sauce. Absolutely delicious! As always, the meal starts with some bread, followed by a salad of your choice, & then your main course.
The flavors never disappoint. My family & I enjoy every visit, & it has become one of our go-to spots for a satisfying meal.
If you haven't tried Marven's yet, I highly recommend it, you won't regret it!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans votre restaurant. Le calmar était particulièrement savoureux & croustillant, un vrai délice ! Les crevettes étaient correctes, mais pourraient être un peu plus travaillées pour rehausser leur saveur. La salade, quant à elle, était délicieuse & bien assaisonnée, apportant une belle fraîcheur au repas.
Cependant, le riz était un peu trop huileux à notre goût, ce qui a légèrement altéré notre expérience culinaire.
Malgré ces petits détails, l'ambiance chaleureuse & le service impeccable ont vraiment fait la différence. Merci pour ce moment agréable & convivial. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
