This used to be a really great restaurant. I've been a customer here for about 10 years. Ordering delivery often & eating in the restaurant on occasion.

Recently ate in the dining room & the place was really rundown. Has hasn't been maintained. Felt dirty & worn.

This dining experience & the last two times I've ordered have been consistently worse. I'm assuming they've changed ownership or chefs because the food is completely different & significantly decreased in quality. Fries are completely different, different tzatziki, they cook the meat now until it's a pile of unseasoned chewy jerky.

Just really dissapointing. Definitely will be my last time eating here.

Update:
This morning, I escaped from my kids for a little solo brunch date, & it was exactly what I needed! 😄

Ya Sou recently launched its weekend brunch, & I couldn't wait to give it a try.

Listen... LISTEN!!! It did not disappoint! Every bite was incredibly fresh, absolutely delicious, & infused with those wonderful Greek flavors that make Ya Sou so special. The menu strikes the perfect balance between classic brunch comfort & authentic Greek flair.

Then came the sweetest temptation of all: a warm, innocent,'Would you like a mimosa?' from my delightful & attentive waitress! Well... who was I to refuse? 🍊🥂 It was the perfect refreshing touch to an already wonderful brunch.

Another pleasant surprise? I was seated almost immediately, & the service was prompt & attentive from start to finish. No long weekend brunch wait in sight!

Needless to say, that mimosa has given me yet another reason to come back next Sunday... & every Sunday after that!

If you're looking for a brunch that's a little different from the usual, this is definitely one to add to your weekend plans. I'll definitely be back. 🇬🇷💙

Love your gyros, but do you mind telling your people in the kitchen to be careful & mindful when taking meat out of the wooden skewers, because I almost ate one today, could have been catastrophic thanks 😅
