Two years of wait later I finally made time to see the only Bangali restaurant in Montreal! Appayon is a hidden gem that transported us straight to the heart of Bengali cuisine. We went as a group so we could try a variety of beef tehari, goru bhuna, morog polao & biriyani, all of which were perfectly crispy & savory.
