I'd like to share my terrible experience at this restaurant so that others can avoid going through the same thing. After placing my order, I went upstairs to the supermarket to buy a bottle of water while waiting for my food. When I came back downstairs to pick it up, a man from the kitchen-who I believe may have been the owner-immediately confronted me in an extremely aggressive and hostile manner. He said,'Do you know how long we've been looking for you? Why did you leave without telling us?' His tone was loud, rude, and intimidating. I was completely shocked. I honestly didn't know what to say because I didn't understand what I had done wrong. I had simply gone upstairs to buy a bottle of water while waiting for my order. I had no idea that I was expected to tell the staff before stepping away for a few minutes. What upset me the most was not the misunderstanding itself, but the way I was treated. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, he kept shouting at me, saying,'Say something! Talk!' His attitude was extremely aggressive and disrespectful. As a woman standing there alone, I felt intimidated and humiliated. To make matters worse, I hadn't eaten anything all morning because I had just been to the hospital for blood tests and other medical examinations. I was already feeling weak, dizzy, and exhausted, so I simply didn't have the energy to argue. If someone had politely explained the situation, I would have gladly apologized if I had unknowingly done something wrong. Instead, the staff refused to hand me the food that I had already paid for and appeared to insist that I admit I was at fault before they would give me my order. At first, I genuinely didn't even understand what I was supposed to apologize for. I've never experienced anything like this before. No customer deserves to be shouted at, intimidated, or made to feel threatened over such a minor misunderstanding. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect and courtesy.

Bought Frozen Lloydies Mild Beef Jamaican Patties at Maxi Very dissapointed , it is nowhere close to being Mild i can only imagine how spicy the spicy one is Mild was the reason i purchase them as i love mild jamaican patties Wont be buying them again Unfortunatly if the restaurant version is the same wont be passing by either Shame dough and meat are great Just not mild

Nourriture excellente. Service efficace et courtois. Lors de notre visite le jeudi 2 juillet 2026, l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas depuis quelques jours. Avec la chaleur extrême dehors, la température était aussi insupportable à l'intérieur lorsque le resto s'est rempli. C'est inacceptable de ne pas aviser la clientèle au préalable. Tous les employés étaient gentils malgré leurs conditions de travail. Nous n'avons pas apprécié notre repas à sa juste valeur à cause du grand inconfort subi.

After years of being a loyal customer, this was the experience that guaranteed I will NEVER return. My family reserved Monza's event space for about 100 guests, so they knew well in advance they would be serving a large party. Somehow, we arrived at 3:30 p.m. and didn't leave until 7:00 p.m. all because everything from taking our orders to bringing out the food moved at a painfully slow pace. Watching an entire room of friends and family sit around for hours waiting just to order their meals was beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, after about 45 minutes I had to ask the staff when they planned to start taking orders. Their response was,'We're waiting for everyone to be seated.' No one had communicated that to us beforehand. Instead, everyone was left wondering why nothing was happening. It's baffling that I had to be the one to approach the staff nearly an hour into our reservation just to find out why service hadn't even begun. And then came the final insult: despite the long wait to take orders, the long wait to get the food on the tables they kept our deposit, claiming we didn't meet a guarantee of 120 people. It's hard to understand how you deliver piss poor service and then have the audacity to keep a deposit. I have never ever seen anything like this. My family has celebrated here for years, but this experience erased all of that goodwill. If you're considering hosting an event here, think carefully. Long waits, disappointing service, and policies that leave customers feeling taken advantage of are not worth it. There are too many restaurants that actually value their guests.

Soumarin suposer etre 3x stack mais yavai juste 1 x de la criss de marde pour 70$ ya rien dedand la poutine goute leau je vou les deconseil en plus cetai frois

J'ai enfin trouvé la poutine parfaite. Une portion de sauce brune épaisse , pas trop salé. Les frites restent croustillantes jusqu'à la dernière. La sauce maison pour burger juste assez relevée met le tout en valeurs. Attention, l'essayer, un danger de devenir accrocs. Enfin près de chez moi un rendez-vous à partager avec tous vos amis. Le service et les explications des choix au menu très bien expliqué et facile à comprendre. L'accueil impeccable, des jeunes entrepreneurs, le sourire d'une grande fierté de partager que du bonheur à chaque bouchées. Bravo les gars! Wheezy, homage a un ami parti trop.

The food was absolutely delicious, and that's the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, the experience at the end completely ruined our visit. We are tourists, and it was obvious from the moment we arrived. We spoke Spanish and our English is clearly not native, so it was evident we weren't from Montreal. Despite that, nobody told us before ordering that the restaurant only accepts cash or Canadian debit (Interac). We only found out after we had finished our meal, when it was time to pay. It was an incredibly stressful and embarrassing situation. We had to leave the restaurant, go across the street, buy something at a convenience store just to get cash back, and even pay extra to be able to withdraw enough money. We lost a lot of time and ended what should have been a wonderful meal feeling anxious and frustrated. We completely understand if a business chooses not to accept credit cards, but when it's such an unusual payment policy in a city that welcomes so many international visitors, customers should be informed before they order, especially when it's obvious they're tourists. Great food, but very poor communication. A simple heads-up would have avoided a very unpleasant experience.

J'ai choisi la brochette de poulet avec riz, pommes de terres et salade. Je m'attendais à une assiette « grecque ». La salade était style sauce crémeuse style salade de chou. Les patates étaient sèche et n'avaient aucun goût, aucun assaisonnement, aucun goût d'ail. La brochette le poulet était sèche et ses légumes trop cuits. Ils étaient amers et mous. Le riz était presenté en forme de 2 boules de crème glacée et il ressemblait à du riz Dainty aux tomates… Assiette digne des années 70. 🫪 Ah oui j'oubliais! Petite sauce pour accompagner le tout style sauce au poivre (!!) mais vraiment pas bonne.. Très sérieusement, je ne m'attendais pas à de la haute gastronomie et je ne suis pas très difficile au restaurant mais sérieusement c'était très très décevant et très très loin de mes bons souvenirs de jeunesse. Ça mal vieilli quoi. Nos 3 plats étaient décevants. Nous n'y retournerons pas tout simplement. 🤷?♀?

Ça a l'air de rien mais c'est solide. Bon service. Bonne poutine. Le fromage n'est pas des plus frais mais la poutine est très savoureuse nonobstant. J'ai pris l'américaine (oignons, philly steak, mozarella). Pas mal bonne! Je suis un puriste : j'aime ma poutine avec du fromage squik squik. Je croyais qu'elle me serait servi avec du fromage en grain ET le mozza, mais ce n'était que le mozza. Un peu déçu, mais quand même vraiment bon et satisfaisant comme repas. Je recommande!

Ce café a une très belle atmosphère. Tout est vraiment mignon. La nourriture est bonne, sans être vraiment élaborée. Les sandwichs sont assez bon. Sur les photos, le pain a l'air très lourd, mais il est en réalité plutôt léger donc ça se mange bien.

Hier, nous avons encouragé l'équipe du Canada dans un super bar sportif ! 🇨🇦⚽? Ambiance incroyable, salle comble et survoltée, personnel accueillant et service impeccable. Chaque moment crucial sur le terrain était salué par les applaudissements nourris et le soutien des supporters - on sentait une véritable ferveur. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe du bar pour son accueil chaleureux et pour nous avoir permis de partager ces émotions intenses du football. C'est dans des endroits comme celui-ci que le sport rassemble vraiment les gens ! On reviendra sans hésiter pour soutenir notre équipe canadienne ! ❤?🤍

Waww quelle activité relaxante et plaisante! J'y suis allée avec ma mère et nous avons énormément apprécié l'endroit, la gentillesse du personnel et puis tout simplement le concept. Faut compter 1.5h en moyenne pour réaliser son oeuvre ah ah. Vous choisissez l'objet en céramique que vous voulez personnaliser, et après libre à votre imagination. Je recommande. Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui est adorable et très disponible. Merci possibilité de manger sur place si vous voulez.

always good but used to be better. use sml plates so it looks like you get more but no room to cut the chicken so becomes messy and awkward. and they also changed their famous sauce. probably won't go back.

Lavi is a legend. The man knows his menu. Everything he suggested was fire. We had the lamb and carpacio and holy did it not disappoint. Just an all around great experience. 10 out of 10 will come back again.

Nous sommes venus entre amis hier soir, nous avons adoré nos repas, mais avons eu une expérience spéciale avec la serveuse. Son attitude tournait sur l'arrogance lors de la commande et ne nous aidait pas du tout à bien commander quand c'était notre première fois là-bas. Première fois que ça m'arrive de penser m'obstiner avec une serveuse. Par contre le reste s'est bien passé.. dommage. Nous l'avons vue également parler assez sec a d'autres clients qui étaient également surpris.
