Un établissement maleduqué, agressif & raciste. Il y a déjà plusieurs commentaires détaillants une certaine serveuse qui aggress les clients (en particulier les clients qui ne parlent pas le français entre eux...),& j'imagine bien que c'est cette même serveuse qui a une habitude à refuser le service aux clients Inuk. J'espère bien que la gestion de ce resto sache que ça ne va pas terminer bien pour eux s'ils ne faisaient pas quelque chose.

I was very dissapointed with this place. First of all no one brought us too our seat, the waitress took forvever to come & there were way too many options on the menu. I had the calamri plate & the fish was overcooked & not fresh, overall the service was terrible & the food wasnt good at all. It was very hard to give that one star

This is, from the 100 restaurants I went in Montreal, the worst. Today, my girlfriend & I went in there for brunch to try it out. We entered & we got told, "just sit somewhere". So we sit at a spot with dishes on the table (because there were dishes on all empty tables). We even asked a waitress if it was fine to sit there. We waited 10 minutes before I had to get up & ask a waitress if she could clean up the table. We told ourselves we would give them a chance because there was a lot of people. It took another 15 minutes before we could order something. I was too hungry to leave but my girlfriend wanted to. The total time from the moment we sat to the moment we got our food was 56 minutes! When we paid, we tried to tell the manager/owner (she looked like the owner) about our experience but she didn't want to hear it & wanted us to leave. She said there was a lot of people today, but the problem is that some people that sat 15 minutes after us got their food before us. If you want to get disrespected & are ready to wait for average food, it's the perfect place!
I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT. Bring your friends, family, significant other & all of the above! You'll have the time of your life. Happy & satisfied. Everyone should go & eat & have the time of their lives !!!!!
Nous sommes rentres dans ce restaurant & le personnel grossier & frustre nous a accueilli en disant que nous ne pouvons pas nous asseoir aux grandes tables, alors qu'il y avaient plusieurs tables disponibles. Apres toutes nos explications que nous voulons nous asseoir a la table qui est au coin ils nous ont refuse grossièrement. Le personnel n'est pas professionnel & surtout une femme âgée qui était très grossière & mal éduquée. Le gérant de ce restaurant devrait être très inquiet car certaines de ses employées vont faire perdre la clientèle, ce qui s'est produit avec nous aujourd'hui, car nous avons quitte pour aller manger au Saint-Hubert ou nous avons été accueilli avec des sourires, de la courtoisie & personne ne nous a pas dicte ou s'asseoir. Juste le contraire il nous ont laisse le libre choix de la table. GROS 0 A CE RESTAURANT. Heureusement que nous ne sommes pas restes pour manger dans ce restaurant, parce que c'est très important que la personne qui te sert un plat ne soit pas agressive & désagréable.
À éviter. Personnel violent & désagréable. (Le serveur à fraper au visage mon ami qui s'interposait contre le monsieur à la caisse qui chialait une serveuse agée) Nourriture ordinaire. Service mauvais. Ne vaut pas le déplacement. Un gros "0".
Bof. Dans le genre fast-food canado-italo-grec j'ai mangé meilleur, dans plus belle déco, à des prix plus raisonnables & un menu plus varié. Bref, ordinaire sur toute la ligne. Une soupe tiédasse avec 1 morceau de poulet, un gyro manquant résolument de viande, une salade grecque ne contenant presque que de la laitue... Si ça avait été moins cher, je ne dis pas, mais pour le prix, sérieusement, la qualité était loin d'être au rendez-vous!
Bouffe ordinaire, service moyen, mais quand t'es pompette en sortant d'un bar pas loin, ça fait la job.
I went to this restaurant last night around 11 o'clock pm! The waitress was very nice,polite & seemed very friendly. I ordered a meal with steak, onions, rice, salad & french fries. The meal was tasteless, flavourless & the steak tasted like ground beef! The "steak" was extremely dry & saltless. I was extremely disapointed! The fries were like any other fries, the salad was like any typical salad & the rice tasted like it was cooked a good 5 hours before we came, it was not freshly cooked & also had no taste at all & obviously needed salt! I am salt girl, i need salt & flavor in my food & this restaurant did not fulfill my expectations. But hey! It was only for 9.95$... DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!!! I will never go back myself.
I have a hard time even giving them that one star! I was expecting something of the same type as the 24h restaurant accross St-Denis which is decent food at a low price that you can get around the clock & was SO disappointed. We went in around 11 & the place was moderately full. I had fried calamari (more batter than calamari but I knew as I ordered that it was a long shot to get something good from a place like that. But I was still willing to try) & some type of fish for the main course. Here I am eating this really mediocre food but not minding it so much & what should I find in my salad other than a somewhat long (I’d say about 3-4 inches) black hair which looked nothing like either my boyfriend’s or mine. Naturally I call the waitress over & show her & she calls the owner or manager, didn’t really bother to ask which one, over to look on my plate. & he makes this artificially apologetic face & says “Yes, well, that’s because the cook wears a hat”. & then he proceeds to call over the cook from the kitchen who was indeed wearing a black fitted hat backwards (I should mention at this point that he had almost shoulder-length hair) to show him the hair in my food. & once they had both looked at it for what was apparently a sufficient amount of time, they both went back to their respective positions: the cook in the kitchen & the owner/manager to the front of the restaurant to greet people coming in. No offers to have the food replaced (although I’m not sure I would have wanted anything more coming from that kitchen) or even a proper scolding for the cook, at least telling him to put a hairnet on or SOMETHING! Nothing at all. & the bill was exactly the same as it would have been otherwise. I guess the hair was just my own special bonus seasoning. I’m pretty convinced that until the place shuts down & something decent opens up on in it’s place (great location & so much competition.. I don’t understand how they’re still open) I’ll be staying far far away.
Lieu complètment en dehors du bon sens. L'endroit a probablement changé de main parce-que c'était un endroit que je fréquentais avant. Personnel froid & inhospitalier, voir désagréable. Nouriture à peine passable pour un établissement situé à l'angle des rues st-denis & mont-royal. Deux expériences très désagréables de suite. Je ne remetrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet endroit.
