Don't order from this restaurant the owner is very rude and hangs up the phone on you and and I'm gonna try to get him thrown out of the store because he has no politeness. I'll call the head office tomorrow and complain about him because he's not very not normal.

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. At a group event last Saturday, the waiter and manager were extremely rude and unprofessional with a few of us. The food was ok, but the service was terrible. If you don`t enjoy being disrespected and treated pooly then do not go to Scores Place vertu.

J'ai adoré mon expérience dans ce restaurant ! Tout était parfait : la nourriture, l'ambiance et surtout le service. Un gros merci à Marie-Christine pour son magnifique sourire et son accueil chaleureux, ça fait toute la différence. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Trendy spot with a super chic, lively vibe-perfect for a night out or date. Food is good, i find pizza cold ( I asked them to make it warmer for me ) but it's really all about the ambiance. Definitely worth a visit! 🍸🍕

The place is nice, the server was friendly, the pastry good. My only issue is that it's a very popular space to work and my friend was looking for a place to plug in his laptop. There are three tables like this with plugs on the top, but then we noticed that the tables aren't connected to anything so the plugs don't work, which is weird. However, I also saw a woman with her tiny dog sitting there and everything that I've seen says that Québec law forbids dogs inside eating establishments unless it's a service dog, and I saw this woman walking her dog before finding a place to sit

Beautiful study spot with amazing food to get me through finals. It's a bit pricey, but so is everything nowadays. The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous and all the pastries looked incredible! I came on a Sunday just after opening and stayed all day until closing at 3. The place was packed the whole time! I had the shakshouka. The crispy chickpeas and pomegranate seeds on top really put this over the top. So so delicious and very filling.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Très déçu de mon expérience. Les beignes étaient secs et il ne restait que deux choix, donc très peu de variété. En plus, la dame sur place ne voulait pas qu'on se lave les mains, ni avant ni après… ce qui est assez inquiétant côté hygiène. Autre point étrange : son bureau personnel fait carrément partie du décor du resto… un peu bizarre comme ambiance. Et pour finir, j'ai été déçu d'apprendre que tout était vegan. Ah, et le prix… 10$ pour 2 beignes. Sérieusement, les beignes les plus chers que j'ai vus de ma vie, pour un des pires rapports qualité-prix. Je ne recommande pas.

Nous n'avons pas compris comment il gère son magasin. Par exemple, pour acheter simplement un gâteau, il faut faire la queue et ensuite revenir payer, mais ce n'est pas obligatoire. Même il y a des gens qui déjà ne prennent pas la ligne... par référence... hahaha !

The food is always incredible. The service is ok with some unfortunate delays and mistakes. Even with a reservation, there's little organization and people who put a credit card down for a reserved table have to wait to be seated after walk-in customers, which for us meant waiting 15m to be seated past our reservation time (on some days I've been they have separate lines which seems more appropriate considering how popular they are as a breakfast/brunch spot).

Nous sommes venus pour la 1ère fois ce samedi 18 avril. Un conseil, pensez à réserver surtout en fin de semaine. Je recommande vraiment pour la qualité des plats, le lieu fancy, l'ambiance, le service à table parfait mais nous avons été très déçus par la personne à l'accueil qui n'était pas du tout souriante, qui ne nous a pas très bien parlé, qui n'a pas essayé de nous accommoder sur la table en plein soleil après 1h d'attente. Heureusement que nous avons sollicité quelqu'un du staff car sinon nous serions repartis l'estomac vide. La première impression d'un établissement est donné par l'accueil, permettez-moi donc d'adresser ce message à la direction. L'accueil de votre établissement ne reflète pas la qualité de tout ce que j'ai cité en préambule. Un sourire, une attitude avenante, un style vestimentaire qui ne fait pas penser à une sortie en salle de gym est la moindre des choses quand on fait ce type de métier.

Je tiens à souligner l'excellent service d'Irma à l'accueil chez Arthur's Nosh Bar. Dès notre arrivée, elle nous a accueillis avec un sourire chaleureux et une attitude professionnelle. Elle est très organisée, attentive et fait vraiment en sorte que l'expérience commence bien, même avant d'être assis. On sent qu'elle aime son travail et qu'elle se soucie des clients. Malgré l'achalandage, elle reste calme, efficace et toujours agréable. C'est grâce à des personnes comme elle que l'on a envie de revenir. Merci Irma pour ton accueil impeccable !
